Sooooooo delicious! I love these cookies! They’re right on point.. yummiliciously excellent! We got four just to taste them and we’re going back for more. The staff is friendly and always busy as a bee! The space is squeaky clean. The in-person ordering is easy and the service is quick! It’s our cookie go-to!

The location is undeniably beautiful; however, the persistent issue with the cookies being undercooked is unacceptable. I insist that immediate action be taken to improve their quality. After two visits, I have left disappointed both times. This problem must be addressed. I should not have to put the cookies in the oven myself to finish cooking them.

Love the c🍪🍪kies, I didn’t give a 5⭐️ to the service because of the first time I went to the store, the lady on front either didn’t know much about what we asked or just wasn’t in the mood (lack of customer service). Same with the environment, the music was ridiculously loud, maybe that’s why she was lost. 🤷🏻‍♀️ Presentation and taste was on point though. 👍🏻

I won't be back and I don't recommend anyone to go eat there. They're not healthy and they're not tasty. They're very expensive. I regret going there, as recommended by my daughter who had heard people talking about them. If anyone wants to try them, buy one, don't buy a box. If you had the right to taste, they wouldn't sell almost anything.

I went on Thursday and around noon and they were out of everything except 2 cookies this has happened to many times. And they do not make more; what they make in the morning is all there is. The people just ignore the customers. The cookie quality was also very bad. They were crunchy, no icing on any of them and the caramel cookie had no caramel. They refused to fix them.

These are gross. Took forever to make. The M&m one barely had any m&m’s in it. Just a regular cookie with a couple m&ms sprinkled on top. Complete waste of money. Please go to insomnia or any other cookie spot.

The cookies are heaven on earth. I have general depression and heading to get a cookie from crumbl cookies brightens up my whole day. They are so soft, chewy, and beyond delicious and so worth it. If you have never been, you must make an emergency trip and have some of the best cookies ever.
