I LOVE Crumbl cookies. I've bought plenty in the last year. I've never had a bad one, and they are always fresh and wonderful in taste.
What I don't like is the service. I went yesterday, and there were two people waiting for their cookies, I was waiting to place an order, and 3 people were behind me. One worker was getting the cookies, decorating and boxing them. At that time, this worker was putting together a box of 12 which is time consuming. Meanwhile, I continue to wait. Two other workers are either frosting cookies or mixing batter/or frosting. I would think it more important to take care of the customer than stand in the back and frost cookies or make frosting. After waiting for over 5 -7 minutes, never asked for my order, I left.
I did go back the next day. Only 2 workers. One putting together orders, and the same one in back frosting cookies. Two ladies were waiting for their cookies. I was standing at the counter waiting to order. I was not told to use the kiosk/computer. Yes I am older and didn't even notice it was there. I waited while the other two ladies were served. Meanwhile a group of 4 young girls came in and ordered by computer. I waited while the young man served the two ladies ahead of me. And then I waited while the worker made the order for the group of four who came in AFTER me (about 6 cookies), The young man handling the cookie orders did not tell me to use the kiosk/computer. Disappointing, and I felt disrespected because he served the young girls before me.
As good as Crumbl cookies are, I am so disappointed in the service that I will really consider if I want to go back.

Awesome location! Brand new so they are still learning but they did a great job.
Crumbl usually has 1-2 chilled cookies a week, so if you get a cold cookie that is why.
All the other cookies are warm!

Wife kept going on about this place (In Largo) from when someone brought them to work so when we passed this location and she saw it on Google maps we had to stop. While they don't have a Large assortment of different cookies what they do make are probably all they need... Wow are they good and as you can see all the magic happens right here.

My family and I love Crumbl. We get them pretty often and we enjoy looking forward to the new flavors each week. However, lately the cookies from this location have not been very good. We have found that upon the same day of purchasing the cookies, they are very hard and taste stale. The cookies are not as soft as they used to be. I wonder if this is specific to this location or all Crumbls. 🙁

The cookies are frequently under baked with raw dough in the middle. I am rarely greeted when I enter the store and the majority of the employees will barely look at you, are usually on their cell phones(which is also a sanitary issue), and do not smile. During my last visit they gave my cookie to a random customer, and I waited almost ten minutes before somebody would even acknowledge me. The floors were filthy and covered in food and random trash. They were also blasting their music with audible profanity, while there were children in the store. For a 5$ cookie, I expect better.

Update: I gave them another chance and they sold us four really good cookies. 2/3 good visits mean they get a 4th. Win some, lose some.

They remind me of Cinnabon in the mid-2000s. The cookies are good and reasonably priced for the size. They have a rotating menu, which is fun, and they fill a need for bakeries in the area that are open at night. I would return.

Edit: I returned and felt the need to edit my review. I paid $16 for four cookies and three of them were raw. It was last Saturday. I called and someone told me to come back. When I said I had pictures of the cookies and coming back wasn’t possible, they suggested coming in during the week and I forgot. The picture should have sufficed and they have the technology to refund. Also, I had a free cookie coupon from the opening and was unable to use at the point of sale. Nobody was working the register. I just wanted to get two cookies but you can only buy 1 or 4. So, I had to pay $16 instead of $4 and got three raw cookies. Tough to know if I’ll be returning. The wait times and the prices are really a lot. I mean…look at these cookies for $16.

Every cookie I have gotten here has been great! The bakers, decorators, and cashiers are all amazing. Keep being great!
