This location is always out of stock on the main dessert for the week. I’ve drove here 3 weeks in a row, only to find out the dessert I wanted was out of stock. That is why I am giving them 3 stars. Besides that, the staff is friendly and make you the cookies pretty quick. Plenty of parking but the mall is usually always busy, so you might have to hunt for a spot depending on the time.

Ordered through the app. After ordering, the deliver driver contacted me about being out of a product and asked what I wanted instead. He was very nice and responsive. The problem was that another item was forgotten and another cookie replaced that we did not request. I am not sure if they were out or if they just packaged it wrong, but there was zero communication. The cookies did taste good, though, and the mint cake was really good.

The absolute worst most mismanaged Crumbl I have ever been to. Every single time I order, they are sold out. Two days in a row now and previous times as well. No wonder they went out of business. The Viera Crumbl location is the absolute worst. Placed my order, they took my money I showed up to pick up my order to only be told they sold out. Didn't even call me. Customer service is terrible. Save your time and your money. Will no longer give this place another chance. You have lost another customer.

Placed an order last night via the app. Went to pick it up. Was made to wait over 30 min and then was told that they were out of MY ENTIRE ORDER. Asked for a refund and was told to “email the owner” found what we believe the correct email on the website to not get any sort of response. What a poor way to run an establishment. They will continue to let you order cookies that they are out of, make you wait while they pretend you aren’t standing there just to tell you that they are out of what you ordered, and then can’t even give you a refund.

I've visited several times and this particular location just keeps getting worse. Last night was really bad. The location was dirty w/ trash on the floor, broken kiosk for ordering, and staff just seemed to have no direction. I waited 30+ minutes despite ordering ahead. They were out of 75% of the menu. Of the three employees, only one was fulfilling orders (placing in box and giving to customer). The other two were doing prepping. At one point, with 9+ names on the menu board, they all were doing prepping and not actually giving out orders. It just seemed odd to me that no one was actually interfacing with the customers. If anyone asked for a refund, employee explained only an owner can do it and to send email. I'm sorry, what?! I think it is crazy that the owners of this location don't even trust their employees to do a basic customer service transaction. At one point, a customer asked the woman working if she could get a refund because they were out of everything and the employee just smirked and was like I don't know. The final straw for me to write this review was that customers were asking "Why are yall still taking orders if you are out of everything?" And the employee stated that this district manager (or some kind of senior leader -- hard time understanding him) was just there earlier that day and emphasized that you never say you are out of anything. That's crazy to take people's money for an order, make them wait 30+ minutes (after saying it's ready on the app), then not even being able to fulfill the order, and on top of that no refund immediately available if you don't like their offered selections. Will not be back to this location. Go to the one on Lake Washington instead.

Crumbl Cookie, one of the latest attractions in Town Center Avenue, will no doubt keep bringing in cookie connoisseurs by the baker's dozen. Ever-changing weekly menus, friendly staff, and--most importantly--mouth-watering desserts make it a must-try.

Because of its limited-edition, weekly menu approach, Crumbl Cookie usually has an out-the-door line of eager customers. Order ahead of time for pickup, or expect to wait 30 minutes for the good stuff. As long as you prepare for that experience with the right attitude and expectations, you're sure to leave satisfied with a delicious treat.

These cookies stand about 4.5 inches across--big enough for a family to share. I brought home four of the week's menu. In order of family-voted favorites, here's my thoughts:

🍪1. Cookie Butter Ice Cream - An absolute taste of heaven on earth. Creamy, fluffy, melt-in-your-mouth cookie butter on a soft, chewy base.

🍪2. Blueberry Cheesecake - Topped with fresh blueberries on cheesecake frosting, this one tastes just like its namesake. The buttery graham cracker cookie base rounds out the flavor.

🍪3. Rocky Road - A cookie classic for mature palates. Gooey marshmallow center surrounded by semi-sweet chocolate chips and crispy almonds.

🍪4. Galaxy Brownie - Tasting much like a brookie, it'll take you back to memories of lunchboxes and recesses. And yes, it's got those rainbow-colored candies sprinkled on top!

Service was personal and friendly, even in the midst of overwhelming traffic. Every customer received a view of their cookies prior to packaging to ensure they met expectations (or were otherwise exchanged for something of their liking).

Crumbl Cookie is a real treat (and they have a great rewards program if you download the app!). If you take classes at the EFSC Melbourne Campus or are making a day trip to Town Center Avenue, don't miss out on it (just consider ordering ahead of time for pickup if you want to skip the long lines!).

Cookies are usually delicious, as expected, but the bakers need more oversight for quality control. Cookies are frequently lopsided, inconsistently sized, and unevenly/haphazardly topped.

The team lead or manager needs to routinely inspect cookies and have low quality bakes be remade. They need to be held to a higher standard given the quite high pricing (no problems with the price, but quality needs to match the premium price tag).

So glad that they opened back up in this area. When I go everyone is very polite whether it’s a lot of people or not. The cookies are so fresh and soft I go here a lot with my youngest daughter and al says get the 6 count. Love me some Crumble!!!
