Definitely the worst experience ever at any crumble or any restaurant. I placed an order for four of the banana upside down cakes on the app. Since I live about 25 minutes away from this location, my husband called ahead to make sure they would have the cookies when he got there. They said they weren’t allowed to hold them even though I had already paid for them and they had to make them when he got there, but there should be no problem. When he arrived, they had already sold them all and had to make more so it would take 25 minutes so he waited for 25 minutes then they gave them to him super hot and all of the frosting that was supposed to be in a ball on the top had melted off in the box and out of the box all into The seat of my car. They are not any good and look nothing like the picture of what they are supposed to look like I need a refund and would like to have my car cleaned out.

We always enjoy Crumbl. Our family gets cookies every week this is definitely our obsession. Someone joked that I could have had my third row by now but here I am belly full every week with cookies. Service is good and you're always agreed upon walking in the door.

I ordered cookies today and whoever made them did not do a good job, the two waffle cookies did not have any buttercream and syrup on them , the bakers just gave me plain cookies . Not only that as I was biting into the Olivia’s Rodrigo’s guts cookie I found a large price of parchment paper in between the cookies!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am disgusted totally disappointed and a waste of money and time . Do not order from here

Who ever run this business is racist and hire racist employees. Me and a black lady walked in the store every one else was welcomed but us i had 5-7 people walked in after me got served and asked what they waiting on but me & the black lady. I dare this location to show cameras September 5 at 8:30pm i dare them & dont answer this review with anything but the video because other wise your hiding your truth racist business.

Delicious, delicious, delicious… great flavor, I loved the “French Toast” cookie.
It was crowded, but our order was processed fast.
They have two kiosk for self service, and one person was in the front taken orders.
We’ll come back to try another flavors.

I hate to crap a on a business hopefully owned by a local person but reviews are based on my wallet and value. My wife and I wanted a cookie instead of ice cream after dinner last night. So we checked this place out. First and foremost, congrats on it being packed which made me excited to try. We ordered the 3 pack of mini cookies for $8. Waited 20min and finally got out ordered. Maybe I was expecting more from a cookie due to the wait and the price but needless to say they were underwhelming. They were cold. Not sure if you they’re supposed to be cold as you need to firm them up quickly
But they shouldn’t be served that way. I give this a poor review as I could’ve spent a dollar or two for Warm
McDonald’s cookies and enjoyed them much better. Boomer Chris.

Opening a brand new location, Crumbl Cookies is a hugely popular cookie shop. This location has a super friendly staff, a wide open preparation area and a truly delicious and decadent cookie. Serving six cookies per week, they keep you coming back by changing 5 of the cookies every week. Chocolate Chip is always there. They also offer ice cream. Today I ordered Milk Chocolate Chip, Pink Velvet, Hazelnut Mudslide and Mom's Recipe. Simply amazing. Pick your favorite adjectives and insert here.
