It never fails when I go to this specific Culver's that I get terrible service. I order a simple bacon cheeseburger I get a regular cheeseburger. I always check my ticket to see if maybe it wasn't added and sure enough it's there but I get a regular burger. I've also ordered been told to wait in the parking spot with the numbers 30 minutes go by no food drive back to the drive thru to be told the food just went out and nobody's in sight. This is specifically frustrating because there's literally nothing to eat for takeout in this area so you usually resort back to the same spot for a quick meal and you get terrible results.

Met with an old friend here for lunch.
We were immediately greeted upon entry by the counter staff.
The line moved quickly and we had our order taken promptly.
We appreciated the military discount!
After filling our drinks we sat at a nearby table, within the first minute our food arrived, delivered by Linda who was extremely pleasant and personable. Her personality was exceptional!
I had the Swiss mushroom burger meal with a side of curds. I personally don't care for the curds once they've cooled, but these were enjoyable throughout the entire meal.
I found my menu choices to be fresh and hot as well as flavorful and delicious.
Overall we had a very pleasant experience while visiting this establishment.

I'd highly recommend visiting this location.

Worst drive thru customer experience ever at a Culver's.

Visited this location for the 1st time and if this is their standard operating process I will not return.

The person who took the order was rushing me to make a decision, assuming what I wanted instead of asking, showed no acknowledgement for Customer Service.

The food was delivered and the person who brought it out practically shoved the order thru the driver's window. When I opened the bag the chili was leaking all over the container, on the napkins, all overy hands, and spilled in the car as I tried to get it cleaned up. Horrible experience. I will not return to this location

It was our first time here and my husband ordered lemon berry layered cake which is seen on the website…not knowing that it wasn’t their flavor of the day…until we get to the window, he is then handed some chocolate filled cone. He asks the girl if that was the flavor he ordered in which she said “this is the flavor of the day.” He was not informed that the flavor of the day was different from the flavor he ordered. So he then asks which fruit they had available so he could order something different; so he ordered vanilla with strawberry in a cone thinking it would be all mixed together and then put into the cone. The girl hands him a waffle cone with vanilla ice cream tipped upside down in strawberry sauce in a small lid like cup; this resulted in a huge mess due to it melting on the way home. To add to this, I saw an employee scooping ice with the drink cups instead of a designated ice scoop, which is a huge health code violation especially while wearing acrylic nails. This place needs improvement.

First time to a Culver's... It's a pretty good place all around. Gabe was my cashier and helped decide what to try first. He also bought the food to my table and was helpful to make sure I had all of what I needed.
I tried the spicy chicken sandwich and onion rings. The sandwich was fresh and tasty... however, the chicken patty was a little thin. The onion rings were awesome... crunchy and fresh.
All in all, I give it a 4.5 rating... half star off for the chicken patty.

I'll be back to try something else.

Came in to Culver’s to have dinner with my kids for my birthday. Got our food fast. Thinking I ordered the bacon deluxe went to the count to make sure but the young lady put in the regular deluxe. I told them it was ok not a big deal. Went back to my table and Paige brought me some bacon for my burger. I told her she didn’t have to do that. That was a very kind thing for them to do. You guys have a great staff.

Had a delicious dinner, which included CHEESE Curds. My roast beef was tender, and my wife's fish dinner was flaky and reportedly super good. Doordash driver was prompt and she wrapped the food in a blanket to keep it warm. Cash tip at delivery so I know she got it not company.
