This company is an absolute joke. Kristina took nearly $400 from me and never delivered my fajas. She claimed that she would refund me and ghosted me after that. She goes on live everyday on instagram and ignored every single request from my refund. To make matters worst, I am return customer and also referred several of my friends. My next step is legal action .

Where do I start! I really wish I would’ve took the bad reviews to heart prior to purchasing. I purchased a garment from this company, which I just received today. I received the garment with no tags, There was no receipt in the bag and it also looks as if it was used because it is coming apart at the crouch area And looks to have some sort of thing, which is disgusting. Why would you send anyone a used product? There’s not even sizing on the garment at all and without tags how am I supposed to know it’s even the correct measurements I attempted to put this garment on and it does not fit at all. I attempted to contact them via email as well as DM on Instagram. The owner was on live and I asked how was I to go about returning an item that didn’t come with tags nor a receipt because that Website states its required for a return and this young lady blocked me from her live and I know she blocked me from her live because I went under my other account and I could see it. I’m really trying to be professional about the situation but the way that she’s handling it is actually disgusting. You’re attempting to play on people’s intelligence And scam people out of their hard earned money, which is not OK. I’ve attached videos here. Also, if you guys want to take a look, don’t waste your money!

Three weeks after placing my order, I contacted them for an update. My order hadn't even been manufactured yet... As a result, I ended up without a faja after my surgery. I asked them to provide me with a faja from their store since I was in Miami, but it was impossible because they told me the store was closed for relocation.
I had to fight with them to get it manufactured and shipped, which took another two weeks.
After these five weeks of waiting, the package was finally delivered to the wrong address, and the recipient signed with a name other than mine. Despite having proof and surveillance videos from my home, I couldn’t get a refund. I was forced to reorder to “compensate.” They didn’t take any action with the delivery service, my package was lost, and I was never refunded. This took an additional two weeks, and during this time, I had to figure out how to heal properly on my own.
On top of all that, they only respond when they feel like it. The phone number listed doesn’t work, emails are optional, and the person who took my measurements via WhatsApp also responds only when she feels like it.
It took them another two weeks to produce a new faja. Now we’re at nine weeks since my initial order...
At the end of these nine weeks, I received the UPS delivery at my home, only to find out I had to pay $199.34 in taxes. Their website is supposed to calculate the tax amount at checkout, yet here I was, forced to pay these taxes because I knew they wouldn’t refund the product if it was returned.
In conclusion, after nine weeks – more than two months – I finally received the fajas I ordered. I was supposed to receive two for the price of one ($400). In the end, I couldn’t even use these fajas when I actually needed them, and my surgery results were damaged because of them. Moreover, I had to pay an extra $200 unnecessarily.
Girls, do NOT order from this website. And especially if you don't live in the United States. The marketing may be great, but it’s a complete disaster. They don’t take responsibility, they lose packages, and they couldn’t care less about meeting delivery deadlines that we request due to upcoming surgeries. If you ask for a refund, you’ll never see your money again. Their store was closed, and I imagine they’re bankrupt, which explains why they treat their customers so poorly.
I just hope the two fajas I ordered will fit because I’m tired of chasing my money... I just want to be done with them.

DONT BUYYYY I WISH I READ THE REVIEW BEFORE INVESTING MY MONEY

If I could give zero stars, I would. This company is extremely unprofessional and lacks proper customer service. After sending my payment, they stopped responding. I was originally told my faja would arrive within one but it took a month and a half only to receive the wrong size and style. You better off getting my tributo faja they quality is better. This faja gives Amazon

I had specifically added compression sleeves and a bra, but neither were included. They did a FaceTime call with me to address the issue, but nothing was resolved, and they eventually stopped replying altogether. I ended up spending an additional $180 out of pocket for alterations and still never received the compression sleeves. It has now been three months, and there is still no resolution.

If you’re considering purchasing from this company DONT once again.

I ordered two Fajas on December 6th in a bogo sale. On December 28th I did my measurements over the phone however afterwards all I got was crickets from them. I tried reaching them by phone and no one answered. I sent inbox messages and commented on Krissy’s live asking about my order. A month later I got a message asking if I had done my measurements and at that point I asked for a refund. It’s now January several weeks after doing the measurements there is no way my order will be correct just give me my money back. As you can see I threatened to call the bbb and file a complaint with the attorney general and all of a sudden a week later in February a tracking number is emailed. Except, I have moved. They were informed of this, no attempt was made to update the shipping address and no attempt was made to refund my money BEFORE shipping the merchandise to the wrong address. I have now filed a complaint with the BBB, AG and my credit card company. Please don’t waste your money or time with Krissy. Her business has grew and she has lost her ability to service her faja clients since she is focusing on post op care. I have always supported her so I am very disgusted and disappointed with her poor business management and lack of care and concern.

Run!!! This company is a scam. They will take your money and you have zero communication with them. I have tried multiple times reaching out to them on email (no response ) Their chat online (no response) And their phone number that they have listed (Number not found) I have been requesting for them to cancel my order since the day the order was placed. I have yet to get a response . I haven’t sent any measurements or anything like that . Again I have been requesting this since literally the day the order was placed!!

Worse experience ever!! I did an online consult for my faja? They sent me the wrong one so I had to mail it back. I haven’t gotten any updates or received my new faja and it’s been over a month!!! I have surgery in 3 days and they haven’t answered my DM’s or emails/! They just took my 150.00! I’m tired of reaching out to the company but no reply back. She’s on live on IG daily but won’t answer my DM about my faja!! Now without this for my surgery! I’ll be disputing with my bank.

Customer service is horrible!!!!!!!! While the product is good, it’s not consistent, meaning sometimes they don’t get measurements right all the time or they may not give your exact specifications! Save yourself the headache get ur faja somewhere else for half the price and better/consistent customer service.
