Ordered flowers for my moms funeral they were to be delivered by at least the latest 3:30 to the church since mass Was @4
I arrived at 3:30 flowers were not there called shop number called Cynthia’s personal number no answer no response until 3:55 telling me driver was on his way.. unacceptable when we are already stressing and I wanted everything to be perfect since it was the last thing I could do for my mom.
4 days later I received a call from church that flowers were delivered to church for my mom.
Wow just wow service was over days ago we don’t live at the church, don’t even live in El Centro. Not Happy and will not recommend this flower shop

I really wanted to like Cynthia’s flowers. Their online ordering experience was incredibly convenient and their scheduling for delivery and pick up went smooth. The staff were incredibly friendly at pick-up too. But it doesn’t matter how easy the ordering experience is if the arrangement you picked out doesn't match what was pictured.

I ordered the “Red frost”, which should be red roses and gerberas framed by white hydrangeas. Instead what I got was a trident 🔱 shaped green plant with only a few red flowers interspersed throughout the arrangement.

I have been ordering from this flower shop for some time now and they have never disappointed me with my orders. The young ladies are very cordial and attentive to what I order and to try to match what I want. They even email me photos of arrangements done so I can modify to my expectations. Honestly, they go beyond my expectations every time, very reasonable pricing (some aren't but that's just me) and I will definitely be using them again. We ordered a funeral spray for my brothers service for May. We went in a few days before and 30 minutes before closing. It was very last minute however they were so helpful. They brought out the flowers to show the specific coloring along with suggestions. On the day of his service the arrangement brought me to tears. His favorite colors and was arranged beautifully. They were on time and over all easy to deal with. I’m extremely happy with the purchase and wouldn’t hesitate to return. Thank you.
