I recently called the Dade City Building Department to inquire about general information regarding a fence permit, and I was met with an extremely rude and unprofessional employee. The lady who answered was dismissive and seemed annoyed by my simple questions. It's disappointing to experience such poor customer service when all I wanted was basic information.

I highly recommend that the county provide proper training for their employees on how to handle public inquiries respectfully. As a taxpayer, I expect courteous and helpful service, and this experience was far from that.

very helpful.,MIKE BARTHLE HANDLES A LOT OF AREA FOR THE COUNTY NOT JUST DADE CITY PROPER,. HAS HELPED WITH SEVERAL FLIPPERS NOT PULLING PERMITS,,,HE WORKS HARD EVERYDAY
