The worst customer service I ever had. The front desk guy is always eating chips on top of the desktop and he gets mad anytime he has to work. Also they lie to me and told me they accept returns and then after I loaded everything in my truck and drove for an hr to make my return, the front desk guy said that the glue on the boxes wasn’t sticking and he could not take my return. WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE.

I recommend Daltile, but people have to understand, they don't sell directly to customers. It's really good to have a place where they have more samples than I can have in my store. As their customer, they have dedicated representatives that assist us based on our needs. I do like their selections of product, most made in the USA. Support is great and they are getting better with their online assistance and resources.

Now, if you are someone who just wants to get floors, they won't be able to help you with pricing. They should be able to suggest stores that sell their products, and they can probably also provide some or minimal help with regards tile choice.

Oops I meant to give this place one star , oh well it doesn't matter, this place is just bad. The gentleman at the counter is obviously not happy about having to greet people or talk to them. I absolutely wasted my time going there and trying to buy products.
