The employees are not knowledgeable at all about their products and will mislead you into buying a product that does not work. Does not take returns and insists that we are not aloud to talk to the manager or give out that number.

Baited me into buying an over priced vape that they said I could use salt nicotine in when I was trying to tell the manager that I didn't think it would work appropriately. She reassured me that it would be fine and what do you know it's not it hits like trash and it's harsh. I asked for a refund and they declined even though I literally just bought it and told me I had to call a toll free number and basically do their job for them. When I asked for their bosses number the manager told me that they aren't allowed to give their bosses number out. It's obvious the staff here has no idea what they are talking about and you shouldn't waste your time or money here.
