When I first walked into David's Bridal, I wasn't sure what to expect. I initially came in to find a dress for my birthday, and not only did I find one, but I also left with another thanks to the exceptional service provided by Connie. From the moment I arrived, Connie went above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience. She not only helped me find a dress I loved but also took the time to offer me a variety of options. She intuitively pulled styles that complemented my body shape, without me having to say a word—her expertise in styling was truly impressive.

Additionally, I would like to recognize Madison, the seamstress, for her professionalism in handling the alterations for one of the dresses. She was meticulous in ensuring everything fit perfectly, and I’m very pleased with the results.

Overall, my experience at David's Bridal was exceptional, and I truly appreciate the outstanding service I received from both Connie and Madison.

I worked with Kayla, Connie & Sarah when I tell you; I knew the dress I wanted but these ladies really put the look together, down to the shoes and earrings and bracelet. I left there feeling like I was the bride and I am only the mother of the bride, It truly was a pleasant experience. I have one daughter left to get married and best believe this store will be the number 1 for me I wished I had came here two weddings ago. The service here is top tier! I had a wedding this weekend and needed a dress last minute. I called and explained my situation, the associate I spoke to let me know she would have out a few dresses picked out by the time I arrived. Surely enough, the first dress I tried on was perfect! I was in and out of the store and made it in time to the wedding. I wish I had gotten the associates name to brag about her and thank her again for being attentive and helpful.

Sarah was our bridal consultant and she was awesome! My daughters and I were shopping for my oldest daughter’s wedding dress, a bridesmaid dress and mother of the bride dress and Sarah was so patient and helpful! Sarah definitely made this a good experience!

Today was amazing, and I had to thank Lindsey for that!! She went over and beyond to make sure that I found the dress of my dreams. Previously had a terrible experience at David’s Bridal in Buford location, did not pin up my dresses falling off of me, wouldn’t recommend other options if what I was trying on didn’t look good, disappears for half the appointment saying she was checking the back for my other options and coming back with none.

Explained this to Lindsey coming in telling her I’m one to never complain but this was supposed to be the one time you love putting dresses on. She reassured me from the get go. She would deter me from not so flattering option and truthfully the overall experience was a 10/10.

I had the best bridal appointment here! Victoria was my stylist and she made it all so easy and fun. I had my 5-year-old daughter with me and they made her feel included. Victoria had great instincts and really understood what I liked/wanted. She knew it was my dress before I did! So happy with my experience here.
