Visited for the first time recently. I needed a gasket replaced on a watch and back cover to be placed. I like how the rep came back out to show me that the gasket was placed. Great price as well, as I had gone to two other places and feel as if I was being overcharged. Great fast service 🙂

I had posted a bad review for the way my situation was handle, I gave them 1 start. But Today I had the opportunity to speak with Jose Nava over the phone and he assured me he have the best disposition to work with me. I decide to go back to the store and talk to him in person, when I got to the store he was busy and I wait less than 5 minutes, when I spoke with him and we talked about what happen he was nice and professional treat me with respect he was able to give me a peace of mind. Jose Nava was great I hope he get recognize by the company, because of him solving my problem I am a happy consumer and I will recommend David's Jewelers, I want to said Thank you Jose for your understanding and your excellent customer service, that is the reason I have change my 1 start to 5 start service great job Jose

It says a lot about a Jeweler when you choose it randomly and you leave from there with everyone involved in your trip singing praises. Everything so shiny.

Go up
