I haven't done much shopping in Orlando but wanted to check this place out. The amount of good brand items was A+, some of them were priced a little high for second hand, like a Balenciaga top for $250. It was a button up neon yellow that is not likely to be a top you can wear that often. I did find Armani and some Italian cashmere for less than $25 though so I would go again.

Dechoes has become a part of my regular shopping routine! Whenever I’m looking for anything from a timeless designer accessory or a classic jacket, with original tags, I can find it here! Each location is well-curated and they both have amazing finds! The possibilities are endless for what you can find, the prices are competitive and the staff makes you feel like family!

Let me start by saying I’ve been coming to dechoes for years and have discovered some true designer gems. My favorite vintage Louis Vuitton blazer I scored for $100. A great gold silk nightgown I wear as a dress under jackets. The list goes on. Interesting inventory and the occasional designer jewel isn’t the problem. The problem is that in-person shopping, by nature, is an experience. And believe me when I say that the experience of shopping at this location deserves two stars on its very best day. The staff are TERRIBLE. Rude, uninterested, and belittling are three words that come to mind regarding the experience I had today…. while purchasing a gorgeous men’s Loro Piana jacket for $700 no less. I spotted it and immediately decided it would be an amazing Christmas gift for my husband, so I took it to the mirror in the back of the store to try it on for scale. I took off the bomber jacket I was wearing to do so, setting it down on the back desk behind which they have some designer handbags displayed. Within seconds, a female employee began to scold me curtly, saying “you can’t go behind the counter”. I told her that I didn’t and was just setting my jacket down to try on the item, which was met with a full up-and-down body scan glare. I ended up purchasing the jacket, as the deal was too good to pass up, but felt like crying during the entire transaction due to this awkward and accusatory exchange. I’m sure this retail business deals with petty theft, but I am a true patron of Orlando small businesses and the fact that my character was questioned via a baseless accusation was deeply upsetting. Thank you for the jacket and for the HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS worth of merchandise over the years, but note to the store’s owner: I will not be returning due to this experience. And based on the other negative reviews I’ve read, I’m not the only one.

This establishment has a great vibe and some great pieces. However some of the workers here have a horrible energy. I waited around the register to buy something and the worker was not attentive to me at all. I left the store without buying anything because I felt like the worker was annoyed that I was there. Mind you I was the only one in the store…..I want to come back again but I hope I don’t encounter that same worker. Overall, it would have been a better experience if the workers here were more attentive 🙂

First time visiting today and I’m genuinely shocked by all the low reviews because of how nice the store was! It smelled very good, pretty organized, and the ladies at the cashier were very kind and welcomed us and also acknowledged us when we left. Didn’t buy anything this trip since the clothes I liked didn’t fit but I will definitely be visiting again!

I’ve been to this location thrice now and every single visit my friends and I are met with miserable workers. Workers were visibly annoyed and audibly complaining about us trying on multiple items in the fitting rooms even though we neatly put everything back on the hangers and left on the rack they provide. I tried to put my items back myself where I had found them and was met with another annoyed worker telling me they “do things differently” and ripping the pants from my hands. They sit and look miserable when they have to do their job. The only good thing about this place is the dog they have hanging around

The lady with nose piercings is very rude and has a bad attitude! She literally looked down on me and belittled me. I see some similar reviews like mine here and there, and you guys still treat your visitors and customers like the annoying stuff. It’s such a waste of time to write this review. I won’t give any feedbacks for you to get improve. I’m sure she will just simply curse at this review and think she doesn’t do anything wrong and it’s the people that are weird and crazy. You should know how to treat customers/people in a nice and polite way. I feel so sorry for you as a human. Poor dear.

If you're looking for poor quality designer items this is the place for you. Bent hats, smelly hand bags, and poor quality galore.

Uncouth staff who refuse to buy quality designer products from women of color...even if there is Third Party Authentication. Weird and racist vibes. Change their mind of items based on who they're talking to...be sure to send a white passing friend in for you.

Poor quality items overall and poor customer service.

Edited to add: I've been in person before inquiring online to check out the items before bringing mine in 😳 The "manager" is the person I'm referring to as uncouth
