My first time I have to say it wasn’t my best experience. I was not planning on returning until I spoke with the owner herself. She was very kind, empathetic and apologetic for my first experience and truly wanted to make things right. I came in today and had the absolute best experience! The staff was incredibly kind and went above and beyond to take care of me and my needs. I would absolutely go there again in a heartbeat, and will be recommending others as well. Decided to visit this place last night with my husband we went once before 5 years back when we lived nearby and I couldn’t be more elated to have found it again I was looking for denim shorts which I unfortunately couldn’t find one that I liked which is no biggie on part because the staff assured us that they change merchandise often but in addition to that the staff was super helpful and friendly to talk to.We will most definitely make an additional trip out there we no longer live in the area this establishment is most definitely worth the drive out!

On Monday June 17th at 9 pm as soon as I walked through the door I was immediately asked for proof of ID and followed around throughout the store by this young girl clerk with messy hair. It made me feel so uncomfortable and harassed that I just dropped my basket and left. Been going there for over 10 years and I’ll never go again

Decent selection. Had an event today and I was excited about it because they told me about it last week and I took a picture of the banner they had in the store. I came here after work and tried going in and they said it was a “closed event” and I needed a ticket to enter. I’m upset because it didn’t say anything on the banner about needing a ticket, nor did they tell me that when I came in last week. I even called today, the day of, and asked how long the event was running and they didn’t even mention the ticket lol. I was excited for it and they just wasted my time

Sam was amazing. She is knowledgeable and very professional about the products in the store. Her friendliness and customer service skills are genuine and hard to come by these days. Will definitely be back to that store. As a couple goin into an adult store she made us feel very comfortable and at ease about being there. The manager was very kind also.
