Shortly after leaving the review below a 1 star Sharon, the owner called me and profusely apologized and took responsibility for what apparently was a misunderstanding. I did end up getting my items in the mail and was not charged for shipping and that was certainly very, very nice of her. I was not completely sold on upgrading my 1st review at that time or if I would do business with this company, but I chose to, and when I did, they stepped into action and have taken care of business very very well. I was going through a tough time the last couple weeks I may have been a little harsh and maybe a little jumping ahead of myself, but I will say this Sharon and her team have taken great care of me and have shown an amazing amount of empathy. I look forward to continued business with DejaVu, so please do lots of business with them they always have great quality items and guys thanks for turning this experience around and making me a lifelong customer. I look forward to visiting the other coast of Florida and stopping in to say hello and meeting you guys. Thank you 🙏🏻

I hate leaving a small business a bad review because I know how much it means. but unfortunately I have no choice when it directly has to do with the businesses policies and lack of transparency with those policies. My first time dealing with an auction house that doesn’t have atleast a finger in the shipping process. I’ll first say any auction house that doesn’t provide shipping of some sort is just bad business, as a business owner that’s leaving too much of your reputation in the hands of a 3rd party and you’re leaving easy money on the table. Anyways on with today’s episode I won 2 very small lots (wallet and earrings) on 1/27/25 paid for them on 1/27/25 $186 then crickets nothing in the meantime I had some very very important family matters to handle I reached out 2/17 got a response call us it will be $25 to ship we can do it in house just call us with your card, no better hurry no penalties mentioned ok cool I finally managed to call 2/26 I get I’ll call you back when I find it? She Called today 2/27 (30 days since auction) my 5x4 wallet with earrings are gone considered abandoned she says What are you kidding me you never mentioned that once as being a possibility. I should have read these reviews before I even did business with them, please don’t make the same mistake they had and have no empathy or integrity whatsoever that’s what all these poor reviews come down to a poorly managed organization without the proper moral guidelines in place. If they run a business like this imagine what kind of people they are in life. Now I’ll call my CC company cancel the payment tell the CC company that they abandoned me and my order😂😂I’ll use your words to get back my money. Believe me this has nothing to do with how I feel so no need to respond I’m merely stating facts. Your business practices are terrible as my earrings and wallet are probably in your purse another victim claimed. Remember it’s only been a month and the item is 5x4 inches so no storage issues just somebody there decided it looks better on them so they decided to keep it.

Was so excited to have such a nice selection of designer bags to purchase for my colleague for her birthday.... My colleague Was a static and excited and loved the new purse.. Great quality and of many one of a kinds. The pricing was right in line with my budget.
We'll definitely shop here again first for any future gift giving.

Best experience! I've just started shopping auctions nationwide and had no idea how to handle the shipping and the details to get what I'd purchased. Every experience I had with anyone at DejaVu was professional, friendly and very informative. They gave me time to figure out a shipper and did everything they could to make my experience positive. I now watch their auctions so I can purchase from them again.

Just a very bad experience. Brought over some very fine pieces that were accepted by a staff member who doesn’t normally do this job. My Irene’s list was handwritten and emailed to me only upon request. They sold s few items at a dismal price but that’s how auctions work, I guess. The rest of the items I was going to pick with mover were left out on the street in the rain and eventual hurricane ( Milton) and were ruined. I had communicated by phone and email that I would pick up the furniture the following week but the put it out outside without any cover only to be rendered worthless. Terrible experience.

Phone customer service is curt and impatient sounding. Confused my shipping needs. Need training in service/appreciation. Items are nice but high buyer's premium.

Beautiful Items I won from Live Auctions. Both Pair of earrings are gorgeous. Had to ship through an external partner. The cost was a bit high. But overall pleased with the items.
