I go to Ross and DD'S when I go here. They both are good stores to shop. I like to see the difference in both stores as far as prices. If the store doesn't have what I'm looking for the other one will at times. Go way to shop. Just a few feet away.

Shopped at the DDs and Ross in this Plaza. No traffic. There are plenty of parking spaces. And best of all, no loitering.

I like Safeway.
But this particular Safeway has had a lot Of theft. So for that reason, several basic items such as toothpaste, shampoo toothbrushes are locked up. You have to get someone from customer service to unlock the cabinet for you. IF you go to self checkout you can only have 15 items or less. To exit the checkout you have to scan your receipt to open the electronic door. The employees in the bakery and in dairy are very helpful . But if you are in a hurry you have to consider the extra time to get someone to open the door. For basically all health and beauty. Close to bart

I went shopping here and the prices are pretty reasonable, however, during my waiting in line to pay for my items I encountered a mentally ill transient in front of me cussing all the employees out as well as the security guards. Threatening to cut and stab people. Calling people the "B" word and the " N" word. It was truly unnerving and unnecessary. I feared for my personal safety and never saw a cop in sight. People should NOT have to be subjected to that type of abuse and harassment while they shop or upon payment of their items. The public don't know the history or background of these individuals and shouldn't feel like their in need of protecting themselves when they go daily outings or errands. People also should NOT feel threatened to give these people their money out of FEAR of being assaulted. Please find or get help for these individuals. Shoppers should feel safe when they go out and not feel threatened, bullied or harassed by anyone.
