They've been milking the Pandemic Lockdowns which have long since been over to continue mandating appointments. It allows them to work as slow as they want. It wasn't enough that they got paid while everyone else was stuck at home unable to work but now they want to keep their hands on that EASY button. I'll be calling my state senator to lodge a complaint.

We had a confirmed appointment with email confirmation for 5 July through their automated system, and lo and behold when we get there, there is a notice on the door saying that the holiday is the fourth and fifth. Fix your automated system so that people don’t have to drive all the way out here when they schedule an appointment online.

I which I could put a Zero but to bad there s nun ... Me n my husband we went to our appt , and the lady Didn't even Greet us she had So MUCH ATTITUDE is crazy Ridiculous ? I couldn't believe it, and honestly I wasn't even mad that the service that I wanted was not provided, it's the fact that She said " well we don't Do that here" , and so my he ask her do u know where I can go which building I should be in she replied "I work here in the building I come to work I clock in and i work here i don't work in the other buildings , i just work here " her level of unprofessionalism is unmatched.

I was impressed with the efficiency of my appointment. Kudos to all those working there, who guided me through the process. I definitely recommend this facility for anyone that wants to apply for their concealed carry license. Everything is handled right there - receipt of qualifying documentation, application, fingerprints and photo. I had an appointment and was in and out in 20 minutes. Well done, and thank you!

Very fast process. Very helpful staff. I HAD appointment. Didn't wait long to be called, maybe 5 min. They allowed me to leave and get money order to save money and came right back in no problem. A+ service.

Great place!! Very efficient. Just make sure you don't get there between 12-1 pm that's the lunch time
