Had to come 3 times in order to register my kayak. The first time the lady was helpful told me everything i needed to bring. The second time i came, the lady from Windows 7 was not good. This place is a joke. You spend allll day waiting for them to call your number, when they finally call you they clearly show they are there because it's their job not because they care to help. I've literally gone in there 2 times in the same month for the same damn issue and had to pay both times when it's not my fault and all you get is a "I'm sorry, I understand" and still charge you and still charge the rep fee.
