Excellent, excellent Customer Service. Two different representatives treated me in courteous, respectful, and professional manner. Rented one unit and am very happy with it. Easy to unload and entire grounds in well-kept condition.

Not like other storage businesses this place is honest professional and curtious too. I left Prime Storage because of there bad business practices like advertising a low price then immediately raising the rates that you agreed upon. But I don't think that I will have that issue here at Derrel's Mini Storage. I have heard they are the best priced and don't change the price once your in there. I liked the service the deal I got and the security too. I'm satisfied and glad I left Prime Storage to come here.

I don't remember ever having any issues with Derrel's Mini Storage. I have had a unit with them for years now. They are always very accommodating to customers or clients. They are friendly and will help you out if you need help with something. I would recommend this place to anyone who is in need of a storage facility. And their prices are very good. They also maintain the property very well.

Never had a bad experience with Derrel's Mini Storage. Most of the staff has been friendly. I have had multiple units for many years. Only issue I have is they automatically raise the price of rent every year. Not every few years or every other year, every year!!! I cant believe how much my rent has gone up since my original first year.

so far , handy. but the lock clasp doesn't fit the purchased combo disc lock at office , gal in office gave me temp key lock , until. fixed.

Rude Gloria and the district managers have no respect and my parents got an action notice from me asking her to move by saying excuse me four times and she bearly budged so because I said it’s not my fault if the roll of padding touches her it’s her own fault. The. I got told they’re being an evicted cause I’m disrespectful. harassed us the whole time we’re trying to get the storage rearranged . And the regional manager was just as bad. If you want compassion or understanding don’t go here. They have no respect talking to people like children not talking to people but at them . Been there 6 years without incident and they just said nope bye

Loved it super polite and great customer service!!!!!
We called ahead and ask tons of questions and Ms.Michelle was supper helpful and kind. When we got there they opened the gate when we were confused about how to get in. She walked me through all the details while my boyfriend was being silly. So if you read this Ms. Michelle, thank you so much and I can’t wait to be keeping our storage open for as long as we need.
