Jenny Salum was beyond kind, helpful, attentive and caring in my search for a queen-sized bed. She handled my request over the phone and sent me photos of what was currently available from the on-floor samples.

I can’t say enough about the DWR Outlet! Most, if not all, of my furniture purchases have been from this store, and I’m so grateful it’s located so close to me. I feel so fortunate to be able to own and afford high-end designer furniture at such amazing prices.

A huge shout-out to Richard – he’s truly incredible! Richard is friendly, approachable, and genuinely one of the warmest-hearted people I’ve met. I’m so glad the store made him a manager! He goes above and beyond to help every customer and makes the store environment feel so welcoming, fun, and positive. You can tell the whole staff is thankful to have him around, and it really makes a difference in the shopping experience.

I’ve purchased several pieces from here, including a Knoll chair, Hay Design chairs & table, two Hay Design Quilton sofas, and a marble coffee table—each one worth way more than I paid for compared to its regular retail price. I’m looking forward to many more purchases from this amazing store in the future!

Neat place but a lot of the products were very worn down. Ceiling lamps had glass etched streaks and usual furniture had stains or pits from normal wear and tear

Great prices for herman miller chair. I called before i went to pick up my chairs. I understand that these chairs go out quick. Melanie was kind enough to hold two of the chairs when i got there the next day. I came all the way from LA to pick up these chairs. I was there when almost all of the chairs were pick out on the floor and sold out immediately.

Melanie was kind and helpful. next time if I need to purchase more furniture, ill come here again. The staff were very helpful and great customer service.

My wife and I went to buy a table. We felt that Onur Aktulgali was very honest and reliable. He went out of his way to talk to us and explain carefully about the table. He talked to the manager Heather Green and they were able to adjust the price of the table. Heather helped us nicely. Onur was really professional and kind.
