Showed up at 5:30 to be there prior to 6:00 p.m. when they supposedly closed guy threw his hands up in the air behind locked doors and basically said I don't know what to tell you so I'm going to keep my diamond ring I didn't want to sell it anyways

This place is trash I’ve called all morning no answer I drove to the shop and the open sign was up and both doors were locked mid you I’ve been calling for hours and I went to the shop twice a wast of time and gas

This store deserves no stars but I had to put one their customer service is trash you can’t even ask a simple question without the owner getting mad and hanging up on u and the store over all is completely trash lowest pawn shop I ever seen only drug dealers and drug addicted people go there to sell stolen goods
I recommend u go down the block to a real pawn shop and not these clowns
The low ball u and think they’re above u when the owner him self looks like he’s stoned

I didn’t like it for a couple reasons. They didn’t have any coins, or any type of bullion for sale. Also, no one greets you when you enter - not even a smile. After the lukewarm reception, I didn’t really feel like spending my money here anyway. If they were good at business, they would have tried to upsell me some gold jewelry. I walked in with 900 cash, and left with 900. It’s a small city, so not sure what their strategy is here. You’d think they would want to build relationships? I’m 0 for 3 coming here with similar results. I’m calling it quits.

DHS BUY AND SELL is the best pawn shop in DHS!!!!! They have lots and lots of different items!!!!! I got an AWESOME hover board and some 24k gold!!!! I get all my movies there!!! Donnie (1 of the owners) is a humble husband and father. So next time you are in need of anything (really) go to DHS BUY AND SELL before you go pay high dollar somewhere else!!!!!
