They treated me like I was first class took good care of my needs that I requested and my insurance company and then work together Progressive all in all the experience has been the best that anybody could hold for I recommend this company to everybody. Daniel was exceptional. He went out of the way to keep me informed and took pictures of my vehicle and when I got the truck, it was completely detailed. It was really nice. I dropped off my car this past Monday, and I was able to pick it up on Friday—today. Given that the holidays are approaching and knowing that it usually takes time to order parts, I was pleasantly surprised!

Andres Cortes was the specialist I worked with, and he was super polite, responsive, and professional. All of the work was done excellently. I used the other person’s insurance (the one who crashed into my car), and everything was covered by the other party within the insurance limits—so it worked great for me.

The receptionist was also very polite and professional. They arranged for my rental car to pick me up from the body shop, and when I picked up my car, I was able to just leave it at the shop without having to drop it off myself. Super efficient!

I do want to mention that the initial photo estimate from Progressive Insurance quoted the cost as 2.5 times less than the final estimate and work done by Diamond Automotive. But I understand that it can be hard to assess damage from photos, and it makes sense that they did thorough work and returned the car in great shape. I'm really happy with the work done!

Over the years I've come here 3 times. 2 through insurance and once on my own because they are the best. Honest, prompt and nice people. They keep you updated every step of the way during the process. They work with enterprise so you can get rides to and from enterprise if needed and you can leave your enterprise rental there when you pick up for car, they'll return it for you!

Fantastic customer service and support. I was kept in the loop for the entire repair process. The shop is very clean and well organized.
Leo, the manager who was in charge of my repair, was top notch! He took personal responsibility for all of my concerns. He made sure everything was right. Leo is very helpful and is an asset to Diamond auto, and the 1 mechanic I met, Alan (Allen?), was also great. True pros!

I was in a car accident over 3 years ago in 2021and Diamond Automotive did the repairs for me. Unfortunately, I was another car accident in November 2024. I was able to take my car back to Diamond Automotive. Just like in 2021, they did an amazing job. I went back not only because of the work they did on my car, but also because of the staff. They are professional, friendly and helpful. I hope not to need them in the future, but I will definitely go back! And I highly recommend them. Andres went above and beyond to keep me informed of the process and answer my questions.
