I've been coming here for a few years now and I look forward to it every time. They're accommodating and very professional, clean and always on time with my appointments. The providers always answer all my questions and have never made me feel rushed. Very kind people. This is hard to find, where everyone in the office is pleasant to talk to and provides excellent attention to detail. On top of that the office is also pleasant on the eyes. Modern, yet still comfortable and clean. Parking is also not an issue. If I could give them more stars, I would.

Knowledgeable, efficient, fast , and friendly staff. Dr. Hoshi takes the time to listen and explain and does not try to sell. We left our last optometrist after 30 years when he became part of a big chain and pushed selling other products and services. She still has that small family business feel about her office.

The most amazing eye center around. My husband & I have been coming here for years & every visit is better than the last one. The office is beautiful, welcoming, & inviting. Modern, state of the art eye exam equipment which is what you want. The staff are always so attentive, friendly, & kind. I've never felt rushed, but always taken care of. They go out of their way to meet your eye needs & will help you stay within budget if needed. The doctors are beyond wonderful. They are great at what they do. Very professional.. our old Dr was there so it made us feel comfortable. The lady optometrist assisted me and the service was exceptional. All of the new technology that used gave me a super fast and accurate assessment. I would recommend this location to any and everyone.

My family has been coming here for years. Dr. Hoshi is professional, friendly, and patient with all my questions. She cares for her patients. This was my first visit to Diamond Bar Optometric Center. For starters, the Office was Immaculate. I was very Pleased with the Care I received. Dr. Quatch and All the Staff Know their Stuff & Explained Everything to me. The whole experience was Quick, Pleasant, Proficient and Professional. They also have a good Selection of glasses to Choose from. I was very Happy by the way I was treated. I Will be recommending all my Family & Friends to this Facility for their Eye exams & Glasses.
