I got both of my prom dresses for 2022 and 2023 at Diane’s Too and never had any issues, the customer service was great and the ladies that helped me were very sweet. They were very attentive and helpful- and I LOVED both dresses I wore, they are gorgeous. However, I recently went to find a dress for this year, and my experience was not so good. The lady that helped me was very rude and made some inexcusable comments. It just did not make sense to me that I, a loyal customer, was being treated like this. I was completely disappointed.

This is the go too shop for prom, pagent & tuxedos. All the accessories.
However, b ready 2 spend the cash!!!
The bridal shop is next door. Yes, they keep it clean. FYI: very busy & not enough room for everyone.

I had been here once before and wanted to take my younger daughter because my 1st visit was pleasant.
This visit was not. The lady at the desk was rude to my daughter when she walked in. We know you close at 5. It was 430 so we had all the time we needed. We picked out a dress quickly and was paying for it by 5. I asked you a question and you were rude to me. You sure didn't treat us like the amount of money you charge for these dresses. I did not want to disappoint her or I would not have bought it. I won't be back.

Found the perfect prom dress at Diane's Too! Great staff. Brittany was our consultant (for my my friend and I) I only had to try on two before I found it and while my mother wanted to wait before making the final decision, we both in the end decided we couldn't find a better one. Price is good and a wide selection for every taste. It was definitely worth the hour drive. Tera was one of the managers and a complete angel. This is the place to go.

I recently bought my second prom dress here and I am over the moon. The employees are so personable and do everything they can to make you feel welcome and comfortable. They also have a very wide selection of dresses for every figure. If you visit, ask for Anna. She's very nice and knows what she's talking about. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be back.

We had the very best experience and such a fun day! We didn't think we were going to find her dress and left empty-handed but McKinnley and the manager went above and beyond to track us down when the dress came in after we left! It is the exact dress she wanted and fits perfectly!! We will definitely be back for any Formals she needs!! Thank you SO much. Very highly recommend. 🙂
