Brian usually helps me out in the men's dept. I am wearing the jacket he sold me 18 months ago and I think of him when I get compliments on this Hart Marx & __ sports coat. I also look for Gene in the shoe dept. He recently sold me a great pair of Italian dress shoes and a pair of "dress" sandals. Tell Brian and Gene I won't go to the mall if Dillard's is closed.

Yes I have very bud experience with management off the store an the counter the Chanel .I bought a perfume off Chance was oxides and I talked to them the perfume it doesn’t smell right I very .disappointment because this tipe a perfume I’m Ben buying for log time .is not the first time I buying .and felt like disrespectful and discrimination.but is ok never in my life I goin to buy on this estore .👎

Was in Naples Dillards today. Went to the Cremieux area and couldn't believe the mess the area was in. Walked out. Clothes thrown on shelves, sales items mixed with regular sale items. Won't be in any hurry to visit again. Manager of that department should visit the Ft Myers and Coconut point stores. He/she might learn something.

We were greeted with oh God we have another hour and a half to be here

Two grumpy women working in Dillard's in the handbag section were presumptuous, profiling, unknowledgeable, unhelpful provoking and a straight turn off.
The very charming brunette that came over to engage us need to teach those 2 how to dress, present themselves and educate them on the brahmin brand for starters
Customer Service is not synonymous with mean spirited distasteful disrespect ful or clockriders.
They will definitely run customers away with those antics
