We went in to get a dress for me and some slacks for Charles. Timothy in the men's department was so very helpful with selecting 2 perfect pairs of slacks. Then I thought I wanted to get Charles a new dress shirt, I had a hard time finding a button down collar, long sleeved, 37/38 inch length. Again, without being intrusive, Timothy showed us a nice selection in a different area that fit our criteria. So we left with a beautiful dress, 2 pairs of slacks, and a good looking shirt.
Timothy is so kind and helpful!

The mall seems to be in the middle of a closure, I had been there during the week and not to many shoppers. I also visited on Saturday and it was very crowded. It has a great food court, more stores seem to be open. I was excited to see the hobby shop but sad to see it was closed both times

Well....sad to say it's not the same shopping experience as a few yrs ago...still the same store inside, clean, classy, above avg. merchandise and plenty of employees-walking around trying to appear busy. So few people in the store, the entire mall was "dead". On a Saturday morning! I couldn't believe it-the economy is worse than I realized. [I live rurally so don't get to mall much] what a wake-up call! Scary.

Had a fun experience shopping with my daughter. The sales representative was very nice and treated my daughter (8 yrs old) as though she were the only person in the store. They discussed a few outfits and I appreciated the personal attention extended to my daughter! It was very refreshing to see that level of service is still alive in the industry! Thank you Dillard's!

Came in today to pick up a few shirts and the associate Abby in men’s helped us but also wouldn’t let us breath!! Bad shopping experience I’d rather find my own clothes than for her to help me again. Will definitely let someone else help me if I ever have to go back don’t need her breathing down my back to buy a purchase

They've definitely cleaned up this location, and have nice employees who are very helpful. More dressing rooms open with a great selection in every department. You've passed Macy's by a mile. Love your sale prices too. Thank you for continuing to be my favorite department store.
