Jerome was absolutely amazing! He gave me space when I was shopping & made sure my shopping experience was top notch! I had questions he was able to answer & made sure all my need were met by the time I left! We need more shopping attendant like Jerome! Two thumbs up 👍

Mrs. Mary is an absolute gem! She is so kind and patient. I was looking for a dress for our company Christmas party. She asked what I was looking for and walked me to the dress area. Even my friend who was on the phone soid"Oh my goodness her customer service is phenomenal ". She had a smile the entire time, she made me feel like we were best friends looking for an outfit together. ❤️

You could tell the associate working in mens casual did not want to be there helping anyone, and his demeanor and attitude made myself not want to be there either. Rude remarks made about customers to other associates and the the rolling of the eyes to do a 'put back' is what created this survey. Poor customer service for quality products.

I had my Photo Booth at this Dillard’s for their VIP night and the entire staff is so cohesive and friendly. The regulars raved about their favorite associates.

They had the best Santa and Mrs. Clause for the event too. Everything is so well run.

The store is clean, and I had to go along the wall for the outlets! I live all of the details in the displays!!

I went back and shopped and found perfect clothes for my teenage boys for Christmas gifts! My boys were impressed with the brands that the associate had suggested to me. When I went back, it was so fun seeing familiar faces! I will be a regular now too!

It a nice place to walk through and check things out but it's too expensive. They need to lower the prices to compete. I love the feel of the place and the quality of the stuff but it's pricey. Check it out for yourselves

Ladies who need to be fitted for a bras, please please please see Kim. She is so helpful in helping you find whats comfortable on your body and makes sure it fits in the right places. She makes sure she’s getting what works for YOU !!

Lana in the upstairs dress department is very sweet! She helped me find a fitting room and helped my friend find me when we got separated😂

This store Overall have some nice clearance items as well as quality brands and top notch employees.
