This shop is located in the stater bros shopping center on the 395. It has been here for a long time. Their isn’t many donut shops near by. So this reason is why maybe a lot of people keep coming back even though the people working here are very rude. Never really had a positive experience here. The donuts are ok. I hope a new donut shop opens up soon so that this place won’t be the only option when I want a donut. They really don’t care how they treat you because they are aware they are the only donut shop close by for the people living around the area. Someone please open a new donut shop and I promise you’ll have so many happy excited customers.

I come to this place very often, although I embarrassedly dropped one of my coffees. Explained it to staff and they double charged me with an extra .50 cent fee for Apple Pay they did not charge me before. Service was extremely rude, when I walked back in to ask for a replacement cashier looked at me and said “what else do you need” and rolled her eyes as if she didn’t believe me when I come very often as well it happening in front of the window.

I’ve been coming here for years, before moving away I’d wake up to go get donuts at 4am when they were ACTUALLY fresh but today I just had an awkward interaction for the first time, I ordered 4 donuts & my card was locked so of course the transaction declined. After unlocking my card, I wanted to add another donut. I asked her to add another one & she wanted me to pay for the 4 first as if she couldn’t just add it on. I’m guessing she wanted to see if I could pay first so weird & seems kinda racist.I probably won’t go back unless I go super early with the only personable worker there, if she still works there.

No place to wash your hands with soap and water. The lady behind the counter put a dirty Rag underwater and offered that to me , that was a no go.

The donuts are always fresh especially with a cold bottle milk or chocolate milk. I believe the owner of the place next door owns the same location. I would go here more often but they aren't 24/7. In our current day and age I understand why but still. Get there at 4AM if you want them at their freshest. 🙂

So these last few days they’ve been closed & I came on here to see if they were open, realized I never left a review so I was gonna leave a 5star review being that I never had a problem here & donuts/iced coffee is wonderful BUT I’m just a lil disappointed today because I feel like they should’ve made things right with my mom. Today my mom came in with my kids to get a donuts before dropping them off for school, she also grabbed 2 more for my 2 babies at home with me but I guess she forgot them at the counter. When she came to my house she realized that she had forgot them & went back to get them, the ladies said some white lady took them & that she (white lady) waited for my mom to come back, the problem here is WHY WOULD U LET ANOTHER CUSTOMER TAKE ANOTHER CUSTOMERS STUFF WHEN U KNOW SHE PAID FOR THEM?! I used to work at a donut shop & I wouldn’t have let her take em especially being a school day cuz maybe she’ll come back after dropping them off, Anyways it’s just 2 donuts right? My mom had to buy ANOTHER 2 donuts smh. If it was me & I allowed another customer to take someone else’s stuff I would’ve just given the customer the 2 donuts & not charged her. I just don’t think it’s right & I am disappointed because I’ve been coming here since 2018 & the ladies are always nice to me.

Simply the best donuts I have ever had. Like pretty much every other small donut shop. Normal selection. A few specialty croissants etc. Clean and polite. Just really outstanding donuts. Get there early if you can. The first place I've ever been that actually runs out of glazed donuts because they are so good.

Worst place I have came to. Rude to everyone. Doesn’t have anything. After you order they still ask if you sure you want it like if they don’t want to make it. And to top it off they laugh as your walking out and talking non sense amongst them about their customers.
