Mid Dec2024 Worldwide brand candle and fragrance store with this conveniently located outlet at T&C. We were looking for a gift for relatives and Veronica with the rest of her staff were able to assist us to make our choices spot on. The staff was very informative and accomodating and gave us a lot of insights during our visit.

I particularly appreciated the way they presented each scented candle and gave us guidance on the fragrances.

The store though small was wonderfully decorated especially for the holiday season.

Definitely a place to find a wonderful household or personal gift.

Great experience at this Diptyque. Service was friendly but not overbearing. The perfumes were mostly very well-mixed with the perfumers' intents coming through very clearly. I especially loved the Philosykos EDT and the L'eau des Hesperides EDT for this reason.

However, the location of the store is wrong on Google Maps — it's not next to Douce, it's in a different part of the plaza (in the area across from Jamba Juice). I wasted about 10 minutes looking for the store before I realized. It'd be best if they fixed this to avoid others having this problem.

Poor customer service & attention was shown after I have asked for assistance on getting my birthday candle. After the retailer told me I had to buy something to get my birthday gift, he went behind the counter & no longer catered to me & didn't give me any attention.

I understand store versus online policy on gift purchases however, the instant change in his attitude showed how much he degraded me as a customer. I love Diptyque products and will no longer go to this location. The VALLEY FAIR store location catered to all my needs despite knowing if I was going to purchase an item or not.

It’s a very cozy place. Assortment is just great. A lot of scents and candles. Very friendly stuff. They help to select whatever you want and explain you a lot about everything they have.

The only issue is that you might spend a lot of time there.

Worst service Diptyque store, if you are in the area go to Westfield Valley fair instead. I've been to Diptyque stores all over the world, Asia( Japan, HK, Taiwan, Korea), Europe ( London, Paris, Miliano) also Dubai, NYC & Beverly hills. I never had such unpleasant unfriendly service experience like this one. Please don’t waste your money here.

Popped in on a recent Saturday morning just to smell all the amazing fragrances. We were approached by two staff members who assisted us with general fragrance questions. After realizing we weren't really sure what type of fragrance we should purchase as a gift, we settled on their new Odor Removing Candle with basil, tomato leaf, and mint. It was the perfect entry point for anyone unsure about a person's fragrance preference, yet still had plenty of herbal notes to satisfy a candle enthusiast. Staff graciously selected a couple of fragrance samples and am loving them. Highly recommend the location for gifts for others and for yourself. Wonderful experience. Park, grab a coffee or a bite, and shop.
