OMG!!! Did you know they have a FREE AIR PRESSURE CHECK line so you can just pull through, they check your tire pressure and correctly inflate your tires!!! I had NO IDEA!!! I waited in line in a busy shop and the very kind young man showed me this FANTASTIC SERVICE!!! I am SO PLEASED with Discount Tires in Cottonwood!!

Great experience with this location. Traveling through and noticed a slice in the sidewall of our newer tire so we stopped to see how bad it was. Jorge was the one who looked at it said it was deep and should be replaced. He was so very nice and helpful he had us in and out in about 35 mins. We have been loyal costumers to discount tire for many years and will continue to be for so many reasons.

Our tire pressure was low in our rental car so we stopped here to have our tires checked. An attendant checked our tire and filled it with air. He was quick, knowledgable and was very polite.

8am and flat tire on freeway. The staff at Discount Tire in Cottonwood could not have been nicer, more helpful or professional.

My husband and I were on vacation and ended up with a rapidly deflating tire. Awsten helped us in store and he was so polite, knowledgeable, and patient with dealing with our service plan issues and helping with options. At no point did I feel rushed, the decisions made were well-informed because of Awsten's knowledge and made us feel very comfortable and relaxed in a stressful situation. We even had our 7 week old rescue kitten with us (on an outdoor harness) and they gave us no issues at all staying inside the waiting area with him.

We observed the customer care with other associates while waiting and saw the same level of attention, friendliness, knowledge, and care being given across the board. Truly this was a stressful moment and poor timing (as is usual for most emergencies) for us to have a flat tire while far from home. Again, Awsten was simply fantastic and was a massive help to us and made the whole situation so much less stressful. Thanks so much from a Phoenix native. At least we know where we'll come for any tire emergencies when we vacation in Cottonwood again.

Thank you Discount Tire of Cottonwood! The staff were all kind and attentive to each customer. We came in thinking we had one nail in our tire that was less than a year old. They ended up finding three other nail in that same tire, thank you for taking care of us!
