This store is a disappointment. Brought the garments back with their tags one day late because someone forgot to email me the receipt and I couldn’t receive my money back. I am truly disappointed being that I have been a loyal customer for so long. Now I don’t event want to go back even though I have credit for this silly store. I can’t recommend it to anyone. New Management is rude, and does not how to prioritize their customers.

Today I came to the store the line was long until it was bent everyone was complaining so I ask for another cashier since the person cashing was ridiculously slow and was making errors she yelled no there's no more in a very condescending tone. I ask her why she was being rude she said she doesn't care and I ask for the manager she stated she was and continued to argue and cuss in front every customer she was rude beyond measure and she was super disrespectful
Many items were out of place and disorganized with that attitude we know why 4 customers stated they will never return I will though although it will be uncomfortable with her.

Definitely get what you pay for most of time but every once in a while you'll be surprised with the cost to quality. Noticed within last year or so they started carrying more higher priced items than before but still relatively on cheaper end for retail. I've never had a bad customer service experience in any of my visits at this location but today I was a little taken back the cashier wouldn't at least credit towards the exchange I was doing. I had 2 items I (think I) purchased about 1½ months ago but couldn't find receipt to confirm. Both items were clearly unworn with all tags still on but because I didn't have a receipt to confirm if it was 30 days or less she wouldn't do it. She said besides holiday time they will not exchange nor refund any item purchased more than 30 days prior. This has happened a time or 2 before and the other cashier's would credit it towards the exchange I was doing... 🤷‍♀️

Love this store. I'm petit and easy to buy for. Highly recommend that you use tight clothes the fewer layers the better so you can try the clothes on top of yours as they do not have fitting rooms. Everything is returnable, good quality and cute clothes. The prices are great too!!

They have tons of styles and a huge store to just wander around. Staff is young and very friendly. I just wish they had fitting rooms. I had to come back 2 times for exchange/refund. Which could've been completely avoided if I had just tried on the clothes there. I there they should invest in buildng a fitting room considering they have so much space.
