Well organized and helpful cast members. We visited on a busy day soon after new years and had a short wait before we were able to enter the store to help keep the space at a reasonable capacity. The variety of items and the great discounts definitely make this place worth a visit.

It was honestly "ok". The other one off vineyard is way better. This one was very small and compact with pretty limited amounts of items. If you are in the area I do think it's worth stopping by but if you have to pick between the two, go to the one off vineyard

The line looks more intimidating than it is! We were wrapped 3 times over and it only took us 30 min to get through it. This is a smaller character warehouse but still had some great finds at really good prices. They only let a small number of people in to shop so you can actually see things! Much appreciated! Had some merch that was currently still in the parks and some past goodies too!

They don't seem to limit numbers into this store like Vineland so it gets busy and hard to navigate.

The cashier spent the entire time that she was serving us talking to somebody else that approached her and barely acknowledged us.

The total after checkout seemed expensive so we checked the receipt and we're charged for an $80 item that we didn't buy, probably due to her paying absolutely no attention to us or what she was doing.

We checked the receipt before leaving and went straight back to the check out desk. We weren't given an apology which made the situation worse and now have to wait 5 days to see the money back!

I hated every single minute of the few minutes I was in this store. The employee at the door was letting way too many people into the store at one time. It was so crowded inside that literally no one could move an inch without bumping into someone else. I just left with nothing. Very sad.

It is a great alternative to buy Disney souvenirs as the price in the parks are quite high sometimes. They are selling products from older collection that were not sold. You can find everything from decorations, clothes, ears, toys, pins, ... Keep in mind that the place is really busy and you have to wait a bit before entering. Inside the shop it can also be difficult because it's crowded. But the prices are very interesting! I was able to find a Star Wars Spirit Jersey for $14, socks for $5, a vintage map of Magic Kingdom for $2 and a pin from Hollywood Tower Hotel for $5. Some products are a bit hidden so I recommend some patience and to keep your eyes wide open.

This Disney Character Warehouse is one of two locations in Orlando. This is the one closer to Universal. There are different items from the other location. We went on a weekday so it wasn’t crazy crowded. Great discounted authentic Disney items. We recommend going here before the parks to get your Mickey ears, stuffed animals, and attire as huge discounts. Staff is very friendly and selection was good. It seemed less busy than the other location.
