This young kid was very rude and disrespectful to me for asking him to see if the part I had fit on what I wanted to buy,it felt like I was back in the 50's the way he was so unprofessional, a older gentleman working in the repair shop came and defuse the situation and actually took me outside where some other parts where. Don't waste your time and money shopping here folks,this business and the young person they have up front representative doesn't like helping customers he just wants a quick sell weather it works or not and he will curse you out if you don't buy aswell.

I noticed one of my axles was severely cracked and ready to fall apart on my boat trailer and I didn’t want to drag it somewhere to be fixed so i stopped by this place and talked to John who assured me I could easily replace it myself if I was mechanically inclined which i was happy to hear because i did not want to have to drag it somewhere and wait for it to be fixed, so he helped me pick out everything i would need to replace the axle and I went the extra mile and bought all the parts for both axles, hubs, springs, and hardware. John was super helpful and got me all the correct parts which came out to a very reasonable price considering what i was quoted from another shop to replace just 1 axle and 2 hubs.

Dixie trailer did a phenomenal job helping us out in a bind while on vacation. They got us in same day was very helpful in what needed to be done the price was fair I highly recommend them especially John he was great to work with!!

Fast services and gentle guys.. but after 1800$ repair on my trailer. They put a shorter axle and my tire was touching my trailer..

Awesome guys in the shop, always very helpful and always in a great mood, we get all our trailer needs met here. One stop shop Bruce,
John, jokhan and jerry are great. I had a Jetski trailer that needed immediate fixing and they got me in and out.
