Docs Coffee is a hidden gem! The coffee here is top-notch, rich in flavor and always brewed to perfection. Amazing place! The ambiance, fun decor and Friends theme is so fun. With coffee drink names like, The Chandler. Bailey needed a treat after seeing the vet and they made her feel welcomed. I tried The Buffalo and highly recommend it. Do yourself a favor and drink local at Doc’s!

Since moving to Conway 4 years ago this is one of my favorite places! The atmosphere is amazing and the staff makes you feel just like family. I have nothing but amazing things to say about this place. Definitely recommend if you are passing through town or need a place to study/get work done.

Debated on posting this for so long, because I really hate to be “that” person, I just wanted to bring this up to management, just so there might could be a change. I have been here a handful of times and gotten the draft latte every time and have had pretty much the same experience every time. My friend has been here multiple times during grad school to study and has also gotten the draft latte, she is the one who actually recommended it to me.
I’m aware of the nitrogen infused nature of the coffee, but for the coffee to look like this even after I haven’t taken a single sip of it yet, probably means it is not made correctly. I just wouldn’t want to pay $5 for half a cup of coffee.
I brought it up to the counter to show the staff and they were extremely nice about it and even offered to fill my cup up with more of the draft latte. They did say that for some reason it is coming out thicker today.
Like I said I really hate to be this person, but all I wanted to do was bring awareness to the issue! I will obviously keep coming back, because I do enjoy the atmosphere and their other coffee!

Such a precious coffee shop! I walked in and it felt like I was in a Hallmark movie. Friendly staff, plenty of seating, fun “FRIENDS” vibe and theme throughout. They also offer ice cream which is cute!

This place is wonderful! A pleasant surprise on our way home from a long trip. Great service and staff and very kid friendly. They even had a little section for our toddler to get some energy out and play. They had a large menu and everything tasted good and fresh, both drinks and food. Highly recommend if you are passing through or if you want to make it a fun destination! Thanks for a wonderful experience!

My husband and I stopped by Doc's Coffee + Creamery while passing through Conway, and it's an awesome place! They sell a huge selection of truffles, brags, bars, and fudge as well as ice cream, coffee and various drinks. They have an extra long list of sugar-free coffee syrups, too, which can be tough to find (see photo). For us, they mixed our coffee protein shakes with espresso and syrups over ice-- excellent! We even splurged on some sweet treats, a rarity for us, and my favorite was the Milk Almond Brag. There are several seating areas with various choices-- chairs, lounge chairs, couches, bar stools, etc..., and we hung out for a bit. They have nice bathrooms, too. This is a place at which one could really settle in and feel at home. Makes me wish I lived nearby!

This is hands-down my new favorite coffee spot. The owner is so nice and approachable. The atmosphere is positive and quirky. I brought my two year old and she ended up breaking a pumpkin on the floor. I felt so bad and was apologizing profusely and the owner told me that she understood and it was not a big deal and then she gave me a free sticker because I was so upset! They also allow your furry friends to join you! Customer Service is on point.10 out of 10 recommend!
