Normally car buying is an all day, miserable experience, no matter how much research or preparation you do. When we went to look at a vehicle at this dealership, it quickly became apparent that this would not be one of those times. Melvin was the one that got us into our new vehicle, and I can't recommend him enough. Incredibly pleasant and easy to work with, without the typical "pushy" attitude you expect at dealerships. Zero complaints about this purchase, and would happily go back in the future.

They were able to get my truck in rather quickly.
However, I am not at all confident in the diagnosis of my air ride suspension system. I paid over $600 for the diagnosis! Once it was completed, I was told, over the phone, that there were no leaks, but they had “CONDEMNED” the compressor and the valve block. However, the invoice received says the air suspension system was found with no air in it. After filling the air, they checked for leaks. It’s noted there were no leaks in the lines, the fittings, the valve block, or the compressor. Vehicle sat overnight and stayed at the same height. “DURING THE FILLING, HEARD THE COMPRESSOR STRUGGLING.” Recommend air suspension compressor and valve block.
So based on the fact that they were unable to find any leaks on a system that had NO air in it, combined with the fact that the truck did not lose any air overnight, they “CONDEMNED” my compressor and valve block?… because the tech had previously heard the compressor struggling?
This does not make any sense to me. It sounds like they are guessing that could be the problem. The repair they recommend came with a quoted price of $4,832.72.
I don’t know about anyone else in today’s economy. But I do NOT have $4,832.72 to spend on something, hoping it fixes the problem, just because they couldn’t find anything else wrong with it! That cost would be on top of the $619.19 thatI already paid them to diagnose it!

I don’t understand how you can say there is no record of my truck being serviced at your location. I have provided a copy of my invoice, from your location, with my initial review.
Additionally, I did call and ask for your service manager, Stephen, this morning at 10:42am. I had to leave a voicemail as he did not answer the call. It is now 4:00pm, and I have not received a response.
Please have Stephen contact me at his earliest convenience. I left my contact information on his voicemail.

I called Winterhaven Jeep to purchase a Jeep and they connected me to a salesman named Rak. He was amazing, very knowledgeable, friendly and not a high pressure salesman! Walked me through ever step. I can honestly say he went out of his way for me. I lived two hours away and he arranged for drivers to meet me and give me the vehicle. Even followed up days later to see how I like the Jeep. I would highly recommend Rak to anyone!
