This was our first time coming to them and it was a fantastic experience! We dropped off our boy at around 9 and got a call that he was ready at around 1pm. We are so happy and pleased with his haircut! He looks so cute and ready for this summer heat! They also did a fantastic job getting rid of all the matting that occurred due to him having a cast, and they were so great working around his cast and making sure that they didn’t get it wet pet vets orders!
Our puppy looks and feels great and we will for sure be back for more grooming sessions!

Dogfeathers is a lovely local business that takes perfect care of our corgi pup. Warner and Amelia are the real deal, making sure every dog is safe, comfortable, and gets personal attention. Despite hating having her nails clipped, our dog leaves happy every time due to the warmth and professionalism of the staff. We'll be using Dogfeathers for years to come!

I had been going to dogfeathers for a few years. I really liked the guy who ran it. However, due to my most recent experience with Amelia, I will not be going back. I've had two interactions with her--the first was really weird--I mentioned I had a newborn and she acted like she knew that and we'd met before--she and I have never met. That was just odd but the rude part came later. I missed my appointment because the night before my daughter had to be tkaen to the hospital and I just forgot (again--newborn). That's totally on me. They sent me a text 2 hours after my appointment about missing it and owing a late fee. I apologized in the text but before I could send she called me. I apologized again and asked if it was too late--she said it was far to late and I said ok I get it. She said there will be a late fee before I can bring my dog in again and I said ok. She said once I have paid it to "call me and let me know when you want to reschedule to a time that you will ACTUALLY show up." The entire conversation was filled with SO MUCH attitude it was completely unnecessary. People make mistakes and she KNEW that I had a newborn at home. We literally talked about it the day prior--but rather than be somewhat understanding (i accepted i would need to pay the fee for not showing up--it's not like i tried to fight it or anything or got rude over it) she just was plain RUDE.

After that I let her know that based on her attitude I don't think I should continue coming there. She said basically told me good luck or something like that.

The whole thing just left a really bad taste in my mouth.

I took our 80 pound goldendoodle here for the first time, who was in desperate need of a summer cut, and they did a fantastic job cutting him down and keeping his face, ears, and tail also trimmed and short. My 11.5 year old boy looks like a puppy again!

I called many dog groomers trying to get an appointment, and all of them were either not taking new clients, or were on a multi month wait. Dog Feathers was able to see my dog in 2 weeks. The staff was all very sweet, personable, and helpful, and the price was on par with all other groomers we've used in the past. I'll definitely be going here again for his next cut!

We just moved to Atlanta and had the hardest time finding a groomer that could get our 25lb poodle in a timely manner. However, these guys got her in the next day! The two workers are extremely nice and professional. My dog was so overdue for a haircut, was very matted, and I was expecting her to be completely shaved. Yet, she came out looking amazing! They worked through Tangles that I never thought they’d be able to get out, and cut her in just the style I asked for (teddy bear doodle cut). Thank you guys so much!! We will be back for sure!

I also read some reviews saying the customer service was rude and abrasive. What I experienced today was far from that. These guys are very upfront about everything going on, and make their expectations as the groomers known. People sometimes take that the wrong way, but as someone who’s worked in the customer service industry I can tell you the way they deal with customers is exactly how every person should.

Stella (Mae) got her groom back! Al and Warner are absolutely wonderful. Stella started howling in positive anticipation as we drove up (first visit with zero positive framing from me), as if we were approaching the dog park. She left happy, not stressed like she is after visits to a certain big box groomer. Al has groomed for 50 years, is absolutely angelic in his pet care and masterful at his craft.
