When I arrived I had to wait downstairs because floor 5th was FULL with no space, even tho I had an appointment they made me and bunch of people wait, some people even had to wait outside of the building because there was no space mind you it was freezing cold 30 Fahrenheit outside, when I finally got upstairs to 5th floor I had to wait more than 4 HOURS to get my number called, MIND YOU I HAD AN APPOINTMENT at a certain time and I arrived early, they don’t care about that! The nurse was very helpful and nice but after I got my shots my arm started to get bruised really bad… she hit a vessel and now part of my arm is with a BLACK SPOT that hurts… I won’t recommend going here.. it’s FREE but at what cost?

My GYN told me to come to this office that they are open Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 4:30pm to get the HPV vaccine or to get it back to her for her to inject me. I came into the office today and they told me that they were already closed and everybody went home ( the front desk and the police officer told me that they close early at 3:30pm and the building closes at 4:30pm and it’s a Friday)and I arrived at the office at 4:09.
So I asked him (police officer)if it’s OK if they could please call ( sexual health clinic on the second floor) and if I could just get the HPV vaccine vile give to my GYN, the manager told the person who called her that they don’t do that and there’s nobody upstairs to inject me.

So don’t listen to the Google time go before 3:30 PM

Dr. Lee and the staff here are pretty nice. Be patient because there are many people waiting but you'll receive a good service.
There are chargers for your phone for free. 😀

Went here for an STD check up and was surprised how well organized and thorough the doctors and staff were. You get a post-it with your assigned seat number, and each time you get called to the back— for urine/bloodwork/speak with the doctor— you return back to your seat and they call you for the next process. So you don’t really feel like you’re waiting bc you’re rotating to the next room, if that makes sense. In addition, the staff seemed to really care and each of them took their time and educated you along the way. You get you results pretty quickly through their online portal, and they even provide you with free treatment/medication in person.

Had to wait outside for seats... The young lady who's supposed to be a receptionist had a bad attitude and seemed confused about everything and just didn't want anyone to ask questions. Finally came upstairs and there's plenty of seats available. They were able to look up my children's vaccine records though so I give extra star for that but please get it together y'all. Let ppl know ahead of time that there's an inconvenience at the clinic that may take more time for the appointment. Thx!!

The doctors and nurses and intake staff are wonderful, helpful and nice if you are kind to them and treat them with respect and dignity. They are stretched very thin with very little resources and make it work with what they have. It was a very long wait but I don’t have health insurance and so therefore I am thankful for this free resource. These mean reviews are probably why the staff are returning the favor because you get what energy you put out!!!
