They've got some really nice and good quality specialty goods. But I wouldn't come back here only because the customer service sucks. I was there before these 2 ladies, and I was completely ignored, didn't even greeted or told about the tax free stuff going on. BUT the other 2 ladies were completely welcomed. And I was being stared at for not sure how long. Then I asked for a smaller size on this tank top and the saleslady was very dismissive and even told me where the fitting room, and I told her I wear size small not mediums. I don't know what she was implying when she told me about the fitting room when I've only picked out one outfit and asked about sizing. They are definitely playing favorites.

I ordered a pair of Darn Tough Socks online during their sale. I placed the order on 6/30 and received them by 7/3—great turnaround speed! They also had a good selection of items on their website. However, they send a marketing email about every three days, which is quite a lot.

A wonderful experience to shop with this special company. I ordered a toy walking duck that a toddler pushes on a stick. It’s back to the basics and one of those rare special toys. Due to a weird happening the duck broke at the stick. I called the company to see if I could send back so they can repair at my cost. They were LOVELY and a new duck was in the mail before I could say thank you!!! I have since brought several duck toys from for them for baby gifts and people are thrilled. You can’t top the customer service or the quality. Please give this site a look. This is a special store

Bad business. Sent me the wrong item, won’t answer my emails or phone calls to request a refund or replacement. Completely ghosted. So now I have to resort to BBB and Google Reviews. Spend less time posting on Instagram and more time on your customers.
