Most beautiful flowers I have ever received and Monday morning (almost a week) and they still look like the day they arrived to me! Highly recommend!

Update... my arrangement lasted 3 weeks! All I did was change the water occasionally!

This place should be called Question Mark Florist?. I ordered flowers for Mother's Day 2021 and they failed to deliver the flowers to my Mom on the Saturday delivery date that they were able to (since they don't deliver on Sundays). They failed to deliver anything after giving special instructions. The website is run by a third party company and is confusing to the shop and to the customers. After being on the phone with the flower shop multiple times, the lady made another flower arrangement. They sent this on Monday, but I ordered the photo on the website, see picture below. Did they think they can just send anything they can find? Its unacceptable. If I did my job like that or ran a business like that, I would be fired already. Yet, I have to work 9am to 9pm and pay taxes and work without fault. WARNING: Do not ordered from this flower shop, I paid $70+ for the flowers pictured below. They are unprofessional.

Charged my husband $37.45!! For a (1) wrist corsage. With pipe cleaners for decor for goodness sake! This is a shame, I'm so disappointed.

I had wanted a heart-shaped arrangement for my uncle's funeral, but did not see on on Dot's website, nor on any of the websites in the Jefferson/Braselton area. I did find exactly what I wanted on the Internet. I called Dot's and gave the designer a picture of the arrangement that I wanted and she did an amazing job of recreating it for my uncle's funeral.

We have used this Florist for over 30 years and until now had good service. We used them over a month ago for a funeral. We ordered a $100 arrangement that should have had 9 small plants with some with color in it. We were shocked when we attended the funeral to find the arrangement had only 4 green plants in it and no color. We have tried calling on several occasions and can not find an email. Very disappointing and I feel like we were ripped off for how much we paid.

Had some flowers delivered on Valentine's day and they were delivered on time and they still look great 2 weeks later. Only complaint was I had to go by there because they were so busy and were taking the phone off of the hook, not good!!!! The lady in the store was helpful and apologized but it was irritating.
