Worked with David Perez and Michael Lu on an online deal. I think they were fair on pricing. The e-sign process was straightforward. Delivery was smooth- beautiful new truck was driven to my door by an associate. The vehicle IMO is the most competitive large SUV on the market. Would highly recommend for online purchase

The journey for my dream truck started out of necessity when my transmission went out a couple days ago. I was filled with anxiety and worry. My feelings only worsened when talking with other dealerships. Finally I found Dublin Chevrolet online and called to get help. Michael Lu answered and immediately got to work. He connected me with David Perez. I'm not articulate and don't have words to describe how grateful I am to David. From our initial phone call to the end of the deal he has been absolutely amazing. The team went above and beyond to get me the car that I wanted and when I needed it. Riley drove all the way to Hollister to get the car and then Alejandro personally delivered it to my house at 9:30pm that day. My kids and I enjoyed the car the very next day taking it up to the Sierras for our ski trip. Thank you Riley and Alejandro!

We bought a brand new truck from here near the end of October. There were some paint problems that we were told will be fixed. On the third day of owning the vehicle, we got a check engine light. We took it back in, they kept the vehicle for a week. We were not contacted by the service department in this time. When we called in, we kept being told that they are too busy. When we picked up the car, we voiced our concerns about the paint Scratches, As well as the time it took to fix the car. It was a brand new car so you can tell. We were already pretty pissed as you wouldn’t expect this to happen. We admit we were angry, but they told us to get out. The manager was being very rude.
Overall, would not recommend this place to my worst enemy, they will sell you cars with a fake promise as they just want to sell.
