Had a phenomenal experience today! Went to purchase a particular embroidery machine but was assisted by Trudy who took her time to educate me on various models, her personal faves and the feature differences. She was patient with me as I stepped out of the store to do some of my own googling research. Upon returning she resume with her excellent customer service. She taught me how to thread the machine I purchased and scheduled me for my class on my machine. Everyone in the store was kind and helpful. Darren loaded my machine into my car and gave me even more helpful information about my new BabyLock.

Will definitely be returning to shop because of the customer service, expertise, and supporting small businesses!! Once I got home I started working on my machine.

This is one of my absolute favorite stores. I have purchased all my machines, and have had them serviced by them for years. They are always nice, kind, helpful, knowledgeable and worthwhile.
If you have a machine that needs servicing, you want to purchase a machine, or you need supplies, I highly recommend supporting them.
Too much now is online, and having a physical store where they can help you is such an awesome resource.
