Too bad about this place. These communist "shopping centers" are dying slowly in every city in Romania not just Sibiu. They give way to brand names which are all found at the outskits mall(s). They may advertise that at the underground level it's a "Dragon Shop" but the whole store (all floors) have the same exact thing brought from "Dragonul Rosu" in Bucharest, which in turn is cheap, low quality chinese merchandise.
As you go up the escalators there are fewer and fewer people it' depressing. Last floor is half occupied and I have a feeling this is coming down to the other floors. Customers are changing in Romania, so their prefferences.

I personally didn't like the place, it looks a little bit like a farmer's market and the prices are pretty high (for dresses).
Instead, I enjoyed very much the silver and souvenirs store (the one on the right side when you enter the building at ground floor), there is a great variety of very beautiful and cheap jeweleries, I will definitely buy from there again.

I did not know this place existed until about 2 weeks ago.
It will now be my go to place to check for things I need re: clothes, shoes, etc.

It does look like it closed when you go, as so of the doors are blocked.

You can find here elegant dresses, shoes and accessories for women, men and kids too. Unfortunately not erevy saleswoman is kind. The prices for a long dresses are from 550 RON.

The first "mall" of the city, now full with cheap, low quality, chineese clothes, not left with too much to offer compared to the other shopping centers. However, it has still some pretty useful services like tailoring and key maker.

Its the worst place i visit in the last 16 years of travelling ! This big store its so unorganized and there are so many chinese items you find all over the store ! Plus the staff is so mean and unpolite. Can somebody demolish this building and try to have a Skyscraper instead ?
