We needed our water turned on after being winterized. From the lady in the office to the utility worker both were, kind, patient, and extremely knowledgeable. Our utility worker took time to check all our faucets, went under house to check the hot water heater, and stayed until our water system was running properly. I would give this City of Dunsmuir worker a 100 stars!!

One star is too much. They will lie to your face about billing balances, and lie to the public about open hours. They are closed at 4:45 on friday decamber 20th, 2019.
