Rude know it all attitudes from all staff members. Horrible customer service from the actual owner. Owner acts as though, we should be lucky to be in his store. Had an online ammo purchase transferred to his store. I had pre authorization from him before doing so. When I picked up the ammo, it was as though he was offended that I did not purchase his ridiculously overpriced, in-house ammunition. So the customer service was absolutely horrible. The questions I asked were short answered, and his attitude was that of a jerk. I let everyone know about my experience. People like this should not own gun stores or any business for that matter. Attitude needs to change. Had the customer service been good I would have actually considered coming back!. But unfortunately, the ATF are coming down, harshly on guns store owners, and therefore he passes down his frustrations to his customers….terrible

Good place to get what you need. I started going here because they were a preferred vendor for receiving ammo when purchased online through TargetsportUSA.

I only ordered ammo a few times, but one of the times a guy was pretty rude and said he'll do it just this one time but that they usually do not honor online purchases. The transaction still went through without any further issues but I have found other places to shop in the meantime.

When in to learn what it takes to obtain a firearm . And all I can say is so happy I went in they are so helpful and very detailed. I don’t remember the name of the gentleman that helped me but five stars all around. He was great. Heard ad on radio and referred by that Friend from radio ad.could not have walked into a better store.
