I’m not sure if it’s direction from mgmt or if the staff is mindless, but the service here is so inconvenient. Order on mobile ahead of time. They don’t start making your drink until you show up at the window. They make all orders in batches and call them out in batches. Regardless of (like in my case) you order a simple americano and it sits ready in queue while several other complex orders in the batch are finished.

I cannot thank the workers here for their kindness enough. First of all, they’re always SUPER nice and energetic, which I applaud them for working in the heat and in customer service. Second of all, they absolutely made my day today and I wish I had gotten their names. I had just scratched my dad’s car and was crying in the drive thru. The woman that took my order reassured me the damage wasn’t that bad, took a few minutes to talk to me, and gave me my drink for free. The man inside wrote a kind message on my lid and I was an overall blubbering mess between the two of them. These workers deserve all the praise and all the raises. Thank you for giving me something to smile about today!

I really want to like this Dutch bros because it’s the closest one to my house, but I don’t know how many more tries I can give them. First, this is by far the SLOWEST Dutch. 3 people in line, 30 min wait. 10 people in line, 45+ min wait. I get it gets busy sometimes and I give the benefit of the doubt but there could be 5 or 6 people working and only one person doing all the work. The rest of the workers are messing around and not even paying attention to customers. Most of the time the workers have bad attitudes or get drinks wrong. This last visit really made me not want to come over here. While drinking this protein coffee (which did not taste like it normally does), this piece of plastic came out of the straw. Honestly save your time and money and go somewhere else.

The lady with the jet black hair and the circle bandaid on her nose was very rude to us for some reason, but super nice to the lady before us so i know she knows how to provide friendly service. This is my first time to Dutch bros, and I brought my daughter for her birthday, but the lady at the window was short with us, wouldn't make eye contact, walked away in the middle of us ordering and just overall rude. I didn't leave a tip as a reflection of her service. Then she slammed our drinks when they came out. Also, my shake was very watery, but I understand that this may just be how their shakes are, idk.

I go to Dutch Bros (not exaggerating) every single day and have for multiple years. Unfortunately the quality of the drinks and service has gone super downhill at this location. My drink (one of their default specialities, nothing fancy) has been watery for months. It’s like no one cares there anymore and they just throw them together (not quickly though, everything is super slow here lol) and don’t even measure the ingredients so it’s always wrong. For a $6-8 drink it feels like a waste here because I’m just drinking watered down milk and ice. Plus the employees aren’t even nice here which is like Dutch Bros’ whole thing 🙁 it’s a bummer because this location is the closest one to my house but I’ve been finding myself going out of my way, passing this location, to go to other locations instead. The Combs and Ellsworth one is farther but way better service and quality.
