Five stars are not enough; and believe me, I usually hate car shopping. This time though? Not only did I leave with a car I really love, but I made a new friend! Danielle Jaggars was truly incredible to work with, she actually listens to what you need and then makes it happen like no one I have ever seen. Plus; she makes it enjoyable! In fact; my husband and I went in for a car for me and wound up buying one for him as well! And through the whole process, each person was friendly, knowledgeable and REAL. There was no pretense or pressure, just down-to-earth conversations with a sales staff who wanted to make the deal work. They work together as well as they will work with you.

We had a very pleasurable experience with purchasing our new Mazda CX50. Samantha on the internet side was so accommodating in even getting us access to the car after hours on the weekend by having the car moved to a location so we could see it. She eventually handed us off to Brock Allen on the sales side who had a great deal of patience with us and made this whole process enjoyable. Highly recommend this Dyer Mazda dealership as well as Samantha and Brock.

Not a pleasant experience with Dyer Mazda. I needed a simple warranty repair that would’ve taken 10 minutes to look at, but they made the entire process unnecessarily complicated by needing an appointment to look at something simple, not even repair it. Scheduling an appointment was a hassle, only Monday - Friday before noon Definitely won’t be returning. Glad I didn’t purchase my car here and took my business to Boniface Hiers.

The entire team at Dyer Mazda was professional and friendly, but Riley and Cody went above and beyond and I can’t thank them enough! They made the process easy and stress free! They also listened to what I had to say and not one time did they try to talk me into buying something ‘just because’. My wife and I live in Palm Bay, so Boniface Hiers Mazda was closer. I knew a sales rep that worked there, so I texted him the day before we decided to go to Dyer, just to get some numbers on a CX70. He told me Boniface doesn’t allow numbers to be sent anymore, and that we must be at the dealer. I told him we were interested, I told him we wanted to buy, but he wouldn’t send estimated numbers. Eventually, he would stop responding to me completely.

I decided to dealer shop. Finding dealers that had the vehicle of interest, get some numbers, and compare to the next. In this case, because I knew Boniface Hiers was out of the question, we drove to Vero Beach.

Long story short, Dyer was able to (almost) match the best deal we’d gotten numbers on, provide FREE window tint, FREE all-weather mats, 2 FREE oil changes, discounted GAP insurance, and a FREE rear cargo cover, AND Dealer trade for the exact color and trim we preferred; the kicker is, they grabbed the vehicle from Boniface 😂

Major shout out to Danielle as our professional sales rep who hand delivered our vehicle to our house, and Cody as the sales manager who worked the deal. They worked together for us very well, and gave us every number down to the penny.

Professional & friendly staff, who really tend to go above and beyond for the customer to earn their business. It’s evident they value the client.

If you’re in the Melbourne/Palm Bay Area, drive the extra 20 minutes to Dyer. It’ll be worth it!
