Visiting Dothan, was excited to stop in Eagle Eye Outfitters! The store and staff were great. Large store and excellent selections! Very Clean and nicely laid out. Plenty of employees working in all departments, which was nice. Some stores, you never see anyone; until it’s time to pay. Name brand clothing and shoes. As well as jewelry and accessories! I purchased a pair of Reef sandals, really cute. So, if you’re in Dothan or close by, check it out! You’ll be glad you did! Oh, they had a 10% coupon online, they let me use it!

Bought one clothing item from Eagle Eye Outfitters, got a good price, item was exactly as advertised, shipped reasonably fast, great customer support, shipping updates. Great shopping experience! Claim to be a family run shop. Highly recommend.

They are kind of pricey! And so I purchased a Bogg bag and received it in a very timely manner. And, I had to pay $10.00 for shipping. But when I opened the box, the bag was really BIG! I didn’t realize it would be that big. So, I was gonna return the bag and order a smaller one, and have them adjust my account. But, when the agent tells me that I would have to pay for the return shipping…I couldn’t believe it! I told the agent just to credit my account. So, I had to pay $25.00 shipping to return the bag. And when they credited my account, they kept the $10.00 that I paid to have it shipped to me!!! I don’t recommend purchasing anything from this company! It’s a rip off!!! If you do make an online order , make sure it’s what you really want and you know you’re gonna keep it.

They have final sales and you cannot return them and I understand but if they send me a return label in my purchase I would assume it can returned. I did that only to be told after I sent it I can't and it would cost me money to have it sent back to me. Very bad representation on the company's part. I will and would recommend no one ever by from this company again!!!

I've not been to the store but I bought Bogg bags on line for my grands recently, a baby Bogg from Eagle Eye & a bitty from DSG. Eagle Eye's customer service was far & above the best. A cardboard insert w/i the bag, plenty of filler in the box to keep it from getting damaged & a bag care info sheet included. DSG-nothing but the Bogg in the box w/zero protection. Eagle Eye will be the 1st place I look from now on.

This was the only place I could find the shoes I was looking for in the size/color I needed. The price was reasonable, the communication updates on the order were great and the shipping was super speedy. I highly recommend Eagle Eye Outfitters!!!

Staff seemed preoccupied with a game on TV. However, the person that ended up serving us was very nice and took good care helping us and got me in a good pair of running shoes.
