So glad our bank lead us here. I was in desperate need of a reliable car and they did not disappoint. Ethen made the process so easy and stress free. He was very knowledgeable and truly took care of us. Any concerns we had were addressed and corrected immediately. A month later I came in because my trunk door needed a part replaced and Carlos their service manager quickly ordered the part. After mentioning a rubber smell (new brakes) he also inspected the car, cleaned any oil from the recent oil change, and test drove it with me to give me peace of mind. Thank you both so much! Mark did an excellent job showing us all their vehicles in the inventory. Definitely steered us the right way on our car buying experience for our first time. We definitely had a lot of fun with Mark as he showed us the different options we had. We checked out three different cars. The first two I felt hesitant about but Mark was very understanding of our situation.

We felt that the deal we received was fair and competitive based off market value and depreciation and current condition of the car.

We checked out an SUV a Hyundai accent but I felt hesitant and Mark could sense that. Mark asked a lot of questions, was very empathetic and considerate.

We felt that the team at El Cajon Superstore was very professional and cordial. They all helped us watch out screaming kids, and stayed patient as my son threw candies all over the floor.

My son loved all of the cars on the lot, especially the exotic older models!!!!
