These comments are stating facts. If the older guy that helped me out isn't the owner, he sure carries himself like one. He asked what I needed, helped me get it, and even opened up the product in advanced just to make sure it had spare filters to save me a couple bucks over buying more. They did, and I saved six bucks.

The prices are also good. Especially out in Coolidge.

The older gentleman that was working in this shop was not only very courteous and kind and gave good customer service but he was patient and entered all of my questions thoroughly. I really appreciate businesses like this where you get good service and they have all the things you want any type of Piper smoking device they haven't they even have cigarette cases which are so hard to find. There's a great shop y'all should check it out good prices too I mean I'm from up North but these are good prices!

Been coming here for 2 years. I haven't been a fan of their attitude in the past but today takes the cake. I come in here to buy vape juice all the time. My bank recently changed names (already a big hassle for me) and issued me a new atm card. Unbeknownst to be, my ATM card pin changed. The old man here has the nerve to ask me IF ITS MY CARD. Dude, I've spent thousands here and now you imply that I might be using a stolen credit card? Not cool. You will never have my business again. I will be going elsewhere. How dare you ask me that question? The old man that works here comes across as arrogant and unpleasant to say the least. Believe me I could be mean if I wanted to but that's not my intention. He's only nice when you spend $300

First, let me start out with the most important thing.... Customer Service. Any place you can walk in to and feel like home is the much more important than buying something. When I first came to this shop I was automatically greeted. Nowhere else, save Subway, does that. I feel like a person and not a money sign. Yeah the prices are outstanding but kindness is worth much more. This shop is definitely a must if you are tired of being treated like another dollar instead of an old friend. The Owner and Manager both take their time and explain the whole process for whatever you are purchasing.. Patience. So next time you are looking for a good smoke shop, look for a Great one, look here. Care, Kindness, Patience, EBJS!

I'm glad I found this shop. They have extremely friendly customer service, and a very large selection of water pipes, glass pipes, vaporizers, hookahs, and very reasonable prices. I will definitely be coming back, and I recommend this to anybody looking for great things for a great price.
