Visited twice this store over last 1 week. The store itself is located inside a mall. The store looks nice and bright. However labelling is pretty horrible , its marked as discount on many items that does not ring up the discount when checked. There were 2 sales girls over the weekend , one of them hardly responded and felt like she did not wanted to work there. The other girl was nice though ( and the lady who assissted me in my next visit was also nice ). Overall the store lack sizes , labelling is incorrect on discounts. Last time the rewards program was not working also. You can safely skip this store and order online instead.

I’m not sure what the lady’s name is but, she was unbelievable with her service.
I took a jacket to the store that had some issues. She was very helpful and was able to come up with a solution that made me very happy.

I love everything I’ve bought here! Great quality and great selection for everything adventure- related you can imagine! And the staff is super knowledgeable and friendly — Pattie helped me out and she is the kindest “sales person” I’ve ever met…. plus she speaks from her personal experiences with the adventure gear - that matters!

One of my new favorite stores! I am going to be working outdoors all summer and needed gear that would keep me protected but also cool. The clothing is all great, but it was the customer service that really blew me away. All of the staff were knowledgeable and helpful. I usually like to peruse on my own but it was refreshing to have smiling staff who were genuinely interested in what I was shopping for and wanted to help me find it.

Wonderful products, great shop. The staff are all professional and friendly. The shop is clean, tidy and offers great items.
I especially love the Tempo tank tops. Beautiful, cool, gorgeous colors and they wash/wear really well. I bought one, then got all of the colors.

Definitely stop by this store if you are looking for light weight travel outfits or outdoor adventure clothing! They have clothing for all seasons, not just winter!! The quality of the clothing is very good and they have great sales. The sales staff is super helpful and really know their products. Highly recommend!
